We have been customers of Dominos for as long as I can remember. Usually, the food is good, and delivered quickly, but today was the exception that will ensure we never order from Dominos again.After an especially hard day with my disabled husband, I just wanted something tasty, quick and easy. So, we ordered a medium specialty pizza, cheesy stuffed bread with spinach and Alfredo sauce, and a Chicken Carbonara pasta dish. Everything was great until my husband tried the Chicken Carbonara pasta. There was some sauce and chicken, bacon and mushrooms on the top but the pasta underneath was bone dry! I quickly called the store and who answered the phone? It was the delivery guy. He told me he made that dish himself and there was enough sauce on the top when he left. Looking at Dominos "Tracker" it took him 20 minutes to get here when we live less than 10 minutes away. He then explained to the manager while I was still on the phone and listening that he had made a correctly and then I didn't want any of the offered solutions for their error. The manager got on the phone and told me he watched the pizza delivery guy make the pasta and there shouldn't be any problem. He was telling me that I was lying to his face! I told him I didn't appreciate the delivery guy telling him I was lying! At that point, I lost it. I said you need to put a refund through for this carbonara dish and I will never use Dominos again. No Customer Service here, thank you. BEWARE!

This place is the worst Domino's Pizza I have ever had. The pizza is so bad!!But it even gets worse - I decided to try them after several months because they are close to my house and claim to be under new management (manager Giovanni), but here's what prompted my review/ I ordered today 2 pizzas, 1 was just horrible tasting and the other I decided to return because it the wrong crust and toppings, after going there 3 times to try to get it corrected they "ghosted" me, in person (and on the phone) - they kept saying he was not in which I knew was a lie, I then tricked him into taking my call. Not only was the manger extremely rude, he would not fix the pizza (I returned a whole pizza with 1 bite out of it). On my 3rd trip I left the pizza there and refused to take it back home again. These people are rude and have no class whatsoever. So they got my money and the pizza, and I'm at a loss of $14.00 because of their mistakes. I think what I will do is randomly fake order pizza's every other day and send to random people and let's see if they like losing money like I did.DO NOT GO HEREMark F.

Was unhappy with my last two orders. The pizza (which was not thin crust) was very thin and had very little cheese, the bread bites tastes like fish. The dominos website claims a satisfaction guarantee - if you are not satisfied you get your money back. I did reach out to the company via their online feedback form and submitted pictures of the food. They gave me a $10 gift card, which I do appreciate. However, I still probably wont be going here anymore.

Ordered pizza for delivery around 10pm .. I got a call 20 minutes later from a man 'Miguel' he said his name was. He was harassing me about how I was going to tip. He told me no tip was added over the phone when I ordered earlier and asked if I was going to tip In person I was REALLY confused because I never had someone call me back asking how I was going to tip. I told him to leave it at the front desk at the hotel I was staying at he proceeded to laugh at me because I didn't answer HOW I was going to tip and then hung up on me I called back asking if it was customary to ask how someone was going to tip .. turns out it was the same man he laughed and told me I was making the whole thing up. Never ordering from this dominoes again.

I recently picked up a pizza from this location. The staff were really rude and the overall hygiene of the space was lacking. Generally don't go out of my way to review locations like this but it was really bad.

Yesterday I tried several times to order a pizza, the app wasn't working right. It prevented me from checking out. So I called dominos and told them the app wasn't working right and I wanted to use the coupons to order a pizza. They world NOT honor the coupon because it's an in line coupon for their store. What kind of bullshit is that? That's the most ridiculous comment I've heard! Unbelievable dominos! You should be accepting coupons when your app doesn't work, you should accept your own coupons regardless!

I had issues with an order and the manager told me because he made my order it was not possible for there to be an issue. He was very rude, double charged me and hung up on me 9 times when I tried to get this resolved. I couldn’t even get my money refunded because he kept hanging up on me. I contacted corporate who said they would refund my money and take action on his poor behavior, still haven’t received refund.

I ordered pizza for my kids … they said the pizza was undercooked . When I got home this is what the pizza looked like … this is unacceptable , it looks like someone dropped the pizza before deliver .
