This location is very locse to my job, and I got food from this place several times. I have never seen that they wash their hands before preparing food or use gloves. Last time, when I entered the store, a guy was sweeping the floor.He just took my order and prepare it with his dirty hands. I .will not go to this store again.

The food (Double Chicken Tostada Salad), as always, was delicious! The only negative was they forgot to give me my extra container of cilantro dressing, mistakes though, sometimes happen.
I was on vacation and wanted to try the chicken. I’m glad that I did! The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was fast and the young man who took our order, Sergio was friendly and efficient. I would visit again:)!Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed the chicken as well.

Horrible experience. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes before they took my order. Very unorganized. 3 registers and nobody cares to take my order. Ran out of ice tea and notified the supervisor and with the most unpleasant attitude,her response was "sorry we're out if you want to wait it's going to take 15 minutes". You would think after paying over $3 for a medium drink they will care to at least have ice tea avail. What is happening to M most Pollo loco stores? Seems like this organization is going to crap!

I love coming to this location especially seeing how quick they are with their service I usually wait 2 minutes for my order to be called, their food is very delicious great taste juicy. I love how this location always is happy and giving good vibes since the moment you walk in definitely worth the drive to come to this location!
