WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I didn't really want Flame Broiler but everything else in the parking lot, including the market, had NO parking. Now I know why the parking was wide open in front of this place. I ordered a bowl and the man behind the counter asked me a question and I didn't anything but the word onions. So I told him I didn't hear the first thing he said and he rudely says "That's your problem." I was shocked so I just stood there a second and turned around and told him I'd decided not to order. He said "Your choice." Needless to say, I won't be back. Plenty of better places to eat in Lake Forest.

The main reason I'm giving them a one-star review is because both of their restrooms are out of service, which I don't believe it's true more than anything. Anything? It seems that they don't want to open the restrooms to the public and have to clean them. The food is up to par to what you expect from a flame. Broiler but the service can definitely use some improvement.

Food taste awful, very poor customer service,very rude and bad attitude. When requested sauces denied any extra when I really bought two plates. Will not recommend this place because Lake Forest has a lot of better places who would appreciate your business. Customers deserve more respect and empathy. If they are not happy at their job please find something else. Will not come back. Sorry.

They have bowls and "platters"I was under the impression a platter would have more food but for $4 dollars more you only get a quarter of an orange and about 1 oz of cabbage.$14 later, I left hungry.The staff was polite and efficient.Place was extremely clean.Portions are poor.

First and probably my last visit to this location. I love flame broiler but the customer service I recieved today was poor and no excuse considering the cost of everything going up I would expect the Customer Service level raised as well. This cashier or manager maybe needs to get an attitude adjustment. He was very short when I asked him what came included in a plate, he even rolled his eyes! I'm sorry but if I'm paying good money I shouldn't feel like I asked for something I shouldn't be asking. To the franchise owner of this establishment please review and maybe retrain your employees to smile and provide great customer service. Best wishes.
