First time trying Handel's and I completely get the hype! There are so many flavors that it's kind of overwhelming to choose. I went with Banana Cream Pie which tasted just like the real thing in ice cream form! My husband loved his rocky road. Love the generous scoops! There are some tables outside where you can enjoy your ice cream. I'll be back to try more flavors!

Ice cream is amazing but the customer service is terrible. Make sure and ask the workers to show you what they wrote down for your order because if you realize they gave you the wrong ice cream after they handed it to you they will make you pay to fix their mistake. The two blonds working on Saturday, March 16th at 5pm need an attitude adjustment, a lesson in customer service, and should maybe double check with the customer what the customer ordered if they aren't sure they heard correctly.

So yummy! I went for the first time and wanted to try so many flavors. The staff were so nice about it. I ended up getting a pint of half mud pie and half chocolate peanut butter brownie, both delicious. Also got a scoop of cherry magnolia and truffle salted caramel, both also delicious. Can't wait to try more flavors!

This place has flavors for days! Wow it sure beats baskin robins when it comes to options. I highly recommend this place. It can be overwhelming. I would highly digests looking at the menu before arriving since it can be overwhelming picking on the spot. The customer service was Awesome. Sometimes there are proper lined up. That's just how good it is with their options in flavors. I come here once in a while with my niece who absolutely loves it. Big scoops btw. I believe for them one scoop means two. It's confusing they have there own terminology on how much a scoop is so definitely ask if you just truly want ONE scoop lol. The place is clean and bright. They have a. Couple dairy free option which I appreciate.

Pros. Amazing ice cream. Fabulous customer service. Cons. Could have done without the long black curly hair in my ice cream. They replaced it (the ice cream not the hair) but maybe they should do something to prevent this in the future. Wish they offered single scoops (minimum is 2.5 scoops).

Delicious ice cream, friendly service and dairy free flavors!!!! This was the biggest plus for me because my daughter has severe dairy allergies and we never had anywhere we could go as a family to enjoy ice cream and now we do! Thanks for bringing back the strawberry sorbet and please don't take it away!

We LOVE Handel's ice cream. It's the creamiest, most delicious ice cream with so many fun and interesting flavors. The staff is great here, always smiling and helpful, especially Jonathan. Rocky Mocha Blast is my favorite flavor. Lake Forest is our favorite location. And Jonathan is our favorite scooper!! Highly recommend Handel's.
