Delicious food, reasonable price considering all the imported spices they use, the place is clean and definitely has a relaxing atmosphere and super friendly service. We had ayam bakar, pepes ikan, baking goreng, rendang, nasi bungkus, ALL GOOD!!! Highly recommended!

SCAMMERS!!!!Buyers beware!!!Charged over $252 of orders but couldnt provide receipt. And then found out some items were missing in the bag. Called numerous times to resolve and WAS PROMISED a credit but they blatantly lied. Look at the picture and tell me this is worth $252?Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this place at all cost.

I placed an order to go. The food was delicious, but it took a full hour to get it. There was a lady waiting for her to-go order next to me and she said, yes, it usually takes an hour to get your food. I think they cook each meal from scratch, so it's understandable, but I was not prepared for the long wait.I ordered the beef rendang and the sate ayyam and the cendol. As I said, they were delicious and authentic.

After 3 months in Indonesia, I was dying for some beef rendang. Couldn't find it in my home state. The food at this restaurant is worth the drive and the service is very kind also.

I read about this place decided to take my dad to try it out we are indonesian/dutch and we make this food all the time. We love nasi and satay. We had our plate brought out with the nasi on a paper plate but the guy that brought it out was carrying it without a tray underneath the plate touching the sides of the plate. Plopped it down on the table then went back inside and did the same with the satay. My dad and I looked at the food, it literally looked like burnt gravel. The peanut sauce looked like burnt gravy we both took 1 bite and I literally was disgusted. Second he was handling cash and credit cards with those same un washed hands that served my food!! The guy that was cooking came up front and with his bare hands grabbed two frozen egg rolls and walked in the back to put them in the fryer. “ bare hands”I thought i was going to get food poisoning!! Soooo aweful I can’t believe this restaurant is open serving food like this!! Yuk just yuk! I went home and made my own nasi thank you very much!

Delicious Indonesian food and decent market. Food is made fresh when you order. A bit on the pricier side, but nice sized portions and tastes delicious.Hard to find Indonesian markets and restaurants in SoCal.

I see you. Calling yourself a foodie, well, sir or mam, have you ever tried Indonesian food, particularly Jakarta style?

Small seating area with a few tables next to a little Indonesian grocery store. Had the Nasi Bunkus and Es Cendol. Both were fantastic. I'm familiar with Sri Lankan cuisine, and the Nasi Bunkus was like lamprais but with beef. It was served in a banana leaf. If you like spicy food, you'll love this. The drink was like wattalappam in liquid form. The family had nasi goreng ayam, which was a very tasty fried rice. Overall, great food with friendly service in a small, family owned restaurant.

Went on a Saturday late morning with my mom and other family, they're busy with the catering order. I looked at the menu and they have Ketoprak. I told the lady in the cash register I want to order Ketoprak but then she asked the owner Natalie if they have Ketoprak. Natalie and her rude answer was like " don't order any weird stuff. We don't have Ketoprak". First of all, it's on the menu. Second of all, why can't you answer without an attitude with a customer? My parents also own a restaurant and never once they give attitude with their customers. Not coming back. There are other Indonesian restaurants that way more better than this place.

Food was very tasty. We tried the oxtail soup, beef rendang, and nasi goreng with pineapple. The wait staff was very nice but spoke only a little English. That was ok with me. I liked the grocery store that's attached. It was small but had some items that's hard to find else where. The only downside of the whole establishment is it was very hot inside. We sat outside to get a little cooler.
