Went here today for lunch. The drive thru line was long so I went inside thinking I woukd get service faster. There were two customers waiting inside already. When I walked in no staff acknowleged me. No "hi. We will be with you in a moment" or "welcome in". Nothing. The employees were only assisting drive thru customers and totally ignoring those inside. No employee was at the counter to assist. I waited a few minutes but still no one greeted me or even looked up at the people that were waiting inside. Left because I could not get service. They lost a customer but I'm sure won't even notice since they don't even look up to acknowledge customers. Won't be back.

When did it become such an issue for a manager to provide three sauces for an order? I ordered two sandwiches. I asked for three ranch dressing. The manager rudely told me that I can only have one and that I would be charge for each additional. Seriously. I asked for a reason and she just became dismissive. Did the price of ranch go up that much?

Came with 3 people, they got tacos. I got a burger and a drink. This isn't stomach flu cause we all live together.I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning and was sick for 2 days.

Been here 3 times over the last couple of months. Today I waited for almost 5 minutes and no one came to the register to take my order so I left. The time before the cashier was just plain old rude. Prior to that I tried to order a burger with a lettuce wrap but came with the bun.Very tired of their poor service and have plenty of options around. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location.

The hamburgers were fresh and hot. Just made. They were very good and they always honor their coupons.We think Jack in the box is so much better then McDonalds on Mission just 2vblicks from Jack in the Box.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Meals just fir them.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access and all one level.

I did not have high expectations for this place for food and ambiance and that’s exactly how it was. The table and seating space was clean. The restroom was generally clean.Parking: No parking issue at the time I visited.
I order online and received cinnamon rolls not nuggets which I ordered nuggets I called and called and no answer

Most of the time they get the order exactly right, which is a modern miracle vs door dash and half the other places we order take out/drive thru from.Why did you take the mozzarella sticks off the menu???They were my family’s favorite mozzarella sticks above all but the most authentic Italian restaurants!!
