The eggrolls are superb, but would be better if soy sauce was available. This is the only fast food restaurant I know of that offers onion rings. In the past, my rings were often burnt, but they've corrected this problem.I especially like their breakfast platter. Service is excellent and timely. I especially like that one can order anything on the menu any time of the day. I detest waiting until breakfast ends at 11 am (McDonalds, Wendy's, etc.) before one can order lunch items. Jack in the Box has a great variety and this location is my favorite.

The truth is it is the worst branch, they always give me something wrong. I'm at work I ordered my food and they send me a hamburger and they send me the chicken harder than a pierced stone, the chicken is obviously from the day before. It's annoying because they make us waste time and money and you're left starving when at work you can't go out in person and buy more food, really terrible.

this jack in the box store on 23812 el toro rd lake forest steals!went through drive through yesterday, and still processing report submissions to necessary people today.drove up to window and encountered a very negatively egoic hispanic woman - such an disrespectful attitude and gave me the corner of her jaw and barely looked at me with disgust, (i believe it's because of my car and that i had scrubs on and a medical decorative surgeon's head wrap on my head = (we all know that's why) - which this hispanic woman with a heavy accent was so disgusted by and had no shame showing it to me.i gave her my card, 3 minutes later she aggressively gives my bag through the window and really fast -says "have a good day" with an unsmiling face and then turns around quickly showing a "finish" to the transaction. i'm distracted by such ugly presentation and such ugly customer service, i did not keep track of my card.as i drove into the street, i quickly notice i did not get my card back - as my wallet was still unzipped (this is my system -when i have a busy day), so i had to wait for a safe spot to call the store immediately because my wallet was still open.my workplace is only 5 minutes away and when i parked, i looked in my wallet, i looked between the seats and between and under everything in my car! i asked my coworker who was still on break to go through it for me to make sure. i asked my son who works with me also to go through it too when my coworker could not find the card. my son did not find it either.all this was done immediately when i first parked the car and got out of the car - after the drive through.#1. she left the receipt in the bag (we all know a card is always given back first with or without a receipt - and directly given to the customer!not separate in the bag. (the name on the receipt is employee (( rocio )) transaction done on monday, nov 27, 2023 at 12:44 pm at the drive through window on: 23812 el toro rd, lake forest, next to sprouts on rockfield blvd and el toro rd.#2. i called the store 3 times: first time: i told the person i spoke with on phone(elizabeth) that my card was not given back to me. she said when she finds it, it will be in the store and she will hold it, she asked my name and then she ended the conversation.second time: i called back and asked elizabeth to ask the girl at the window, elizabeth came back on the phone and says - "no, she does not have it" and ended the conversation. (now, if an event just happened, and you are asked about a missing card - and if a person does not want to be accused of such crime - she would have defended herself and stated - she {gave back} the card. ) third time: i called back - because there is something wrong here!i told elizabeth that the woman at the drive through did not give back my card, she immediately says - "it's not here" and so i expressed that she did not give back my card because i checked and it's not in my wallet or my car. "lady it is not here!" is what she told me - so i told her i am reporting them to headquarters.there is embezzlement! stealing peoples money at the drive through window at this jack in the box. most people are not s*hth3&d thieves. unfortunately it's becoming spreadwide - there is no reason to come to america but to improve your life!i am an import from another country, grew up in a foster home from 13 to 18 until i graduated high school. i was an abused child, but i put myself through school while renting out a very small back corner of a house. became a dental assistant and still put myself through school on my own and became another professional. i've slept in my car 2 separate desparate times in my life for several months. i never had family to help me or even welfare to help me. i did it all my own! america is the place for opportunity!opportunity was given to employee - (( rocio )) she is definitely an import from another country -the sad sad very sad thing is - she came here and did not take thisgod given opportunity for a b

They changed my favorite breakfast item which was the only reason I go to Jack's. It's a typical J-I-B with a staff that's semi friendly.

Def need to retrain the drive thru after hours crew. Also signs need to be updated when seasonal items are out. Sign on both menus boast new sando but they are gone. Drive thru employee kept my credit card after running it instead of immediately handing it back, not saying he's writing down my info, but who condones keeping customers cards after running. He waited till he came back with one food item to give the card with the receipt.

Whoever the team leader lady with glasses is working on 11/14/2023 at 10am. You're so damn rude and need some hearing aids or something. We got ONE ranch for 4 tacos and a munchie meals what an ass. Never coming back

I never visit jack in the Box for myself because I don't even like the food but it was my husbands late night craving so I decided to go to tonight around 9:30. It was the worse experience I can ever have at a chain restaurant! I was ordering and I didn't realize until the window that I couldn't find my wallet and I told the guy working that I would check in my car and check in the parking lot. As I am looking for it he is screaming at me "heyyy" really loud that I can hear him. I end up going back and asked why the guy was even yelling at me to a other worker and he said " oh he didn't know it was you " funny because I just had told him I would park and look for it. Doesn't matter who it is you don't yell at anyone that way no matter who it is. There was like 4 workers and they all laughed when I was in the window. It was a innocent mistake on my part to forget my wallet & then I linked my card to my Apple Pay so fast because I really just wanted the food and leave at that point. On top of that they got my order wrong and I had to go back in. I also never got back a receipt, when I was I was Inside I asked for my order to be done right and then they wanted to pay the difference to me back I just bolted out if there I really couldn't even take a second more of this nonsense. What did they think that I don't have money to pay ? Calling corporate and this is the worse location don't visit !!!!

So unfortunate how a quick stop at this jack in the box in the mornings can easily ruin your morning. Which sucks when you, yourself work customer service and need to start your day with a good attitude and this specific location is right off the fwy most convenient to stop at on my way to work. The lady that opens weekdays (my receipt says employee ROCIO) has the worst attitude. Don't expect a quick transaction with her.. you'll sit at the speaker waiting to order for a minimum of 5 minutes before even being greeted.. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not like she just had a bad day, she is so rude every time I've encountered her! there's a younger woman that usually works Saturday mornings she is so kind and always greets you with a smile. (I wish I knew her name to give her the proper recognition) Give her more hours! Get rid of this grumpy lady or put her where she is not communicating with customers because wow, her attitude alone gives this store such a bad reputation.

We came for breakfast at lunchtime. Everything was so delicious and the staff was absolutely delightful. We love coming here anytime of day. We can always expect exceptional service, hot, fresh food, and a clean restaurant. Kudos to the management team and great crew.

Order a Southwest salad and they gave me all the vegetable's frozen. I took a video and will send it to corporate. Cold chicken can get you seriously sick, obviously the staff don't care about cross contamination.
