This store still continues to be the worst Jimmy Johns in Orange County. They only get your sandwich order correct about 10% of the time. I hadn’t gone to this store in about 6 months, but gave it another chance as my son had a game nearby. Big mistake. Sandwich order was incorrect again.

I've come here twice and will not be returning. Worst customer service! Employees too lazy.. ordered a chicken wrap, guy said " I can't make any wraps and we're out of tuna". Another time, the cashier was standing around as I waited to pay for my order, dragging her feet to ring me up. Both times this location was completely dead and food disappointing. Better off going to Firehouse Subs and Jersey Mikes.

Avoid this Jimmy johns. Realized I wrote a glaring review almost a decade ago. Since then this one has went down. Customer service is a joke as other yelpers opined. I dodge this location now. Jersey mikes is miles beyond Jimmy johns anyhow.

Sandwiches are good, but customer service is very poor. I have been to several Jimmy John's throughout the state of California and this one is by far the worst customer service, and slowest to make a sandwich. Definitely will not go out of my way to come here for a sandwich.

I keep coming back thinking that having only one person working in the entire store is just an off day. This is the third time I've been here with only one person working. Took 40 min to get a veggie sandwich and no apology for the wait. Worker would stop preparing sandwiches to keep taking orders. At one point 11 people were waiting for food and worker was still taking orders.

I order from this establishment all the time. Usually I do delivery thru the App and have no issues. But today it's been an hour and a half so far and my order isn't even out for delivery! I place my order at 1115am well before the "rush" I've called 4Xs and no one is picking up the phone. I would get the order myself but I have a sleeping baby right now. This is ridiculous & no way to even cancel the order!

Not sure what is happening with the Lake Forest Jimmy John's. Second time I have ordered food and there has been an issue... First time, I was told they were out of bread, and so I said, ok when can you deliver the food and was told, we aren't delivering any food. Figured it was a fluke so I just ordered, 1hr later, nothing so I called them and was told, we don't have any drivers so we will give you a refund. When I said were you going to notify anyone that you're unable to take food orders and was told, no, we aren't. When I asked if I could pick up the food, I was told yes but they didn't make the order since they planned to cancel it.I'm pretty understanding when it comes to delays with deliveries but one poor guy running the shop when it has a delivery business with zero idea what to do when this happens seems like incredibly poor management, ownership and training. Super sad to see a good place fail like this.I'm guessing this place is very poorly run, I don't blame the teenager trying to deal with all the craziness. Get a grown up in there and figure it out!

I ordered JJ's extravaganza and whoa was that a meaty sandwich. Loved it at times it was hard to get my mouth around the whole thing, a small price to pay for a delicious sandwich.Parking: Just like a regular parking lot with store fronts. There were some skater kids hanging out front playing hacky sack and smoking weed in the open. This JJ's is right next door to a skate shop.
