I was surprised when I walked in and all the women were topless. I said what kind of KFC is this? The manager said there promoting butter milk breast and corporate thought topless ladies would be a great campaign. Best chicken and breast ever. Thank you

I had to wait 14 minutes for a pot pie, then when i went inside for 2 biskets they had this wieird atitude with me. I love KFC but i just fell bad for the service i had...I have never had thid type of service at this location.Trabuco and bake store.

Fountain drinks were weak. Asked about it at counter. Server got ice tea and Mtn Dew from drive-thru side. Mtn Dew was still weak. Asked for manager and never came out. Huge fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pepsi products and I am disappointed in this visit for the customer service. 2023-11-18, Ticket #3520, 11:04 AM. Two chicken sandwich combos for carry out.

Normally this KFC is pretty decent in terms of quality of product and service, but this time was DEFINITELY an acute exception!Last week I visited this location at night, sometime after nine. I utilized the drive-thru. There were only two cars ahead of me. After ordering and pulling up behind the car in front of me, I sat there for what seemed like an eternity. It must have been ten minutes at least which, for a drive-thru, is a ridiculously long time to wait. Though partially obstructed, I could still see that the hold-up was somehow due to the car at the window. I continued to wait but finally lost my patience and, as there was still no one behind me at this point, proceeded to back out of the drive-thru and left. As I passed by the speaker, the drone in the window hit me with a generic "May I help you?", which I thought was some nice comic irony.The way that I look at it is that, regardless of what the car at the window ordered, they STILL took WAY too long to fill it. Also, as is the case at other fast-food establishments, if they were servicing a car for an inordinately long period of time, they should have told that person to pull around to the front and park, and that when their order was complete, they would bring it out to them, thereby NOT inconveniencing all the other cars.Like I said, usually this place is pretty good, but that day it was atrocious. So if you ever visit the drive-thru, beware.....

KFC in Lake Forest is one of the most consistent fast food locations in the area. The 8-piece bucket of chicken for $10 is a great deal, and it comes with a choice of dark or variety. The chicken is extra crispy and flavorful, and it is a satisfying meal.The 10-piece chicken nugget for $5 is also a good deal, but the nuggets are on the small side. They are still crispy and flavorful, but they may not be enough to fill you up.The KFC mobile app is convenient and allows you to schedule a pickup time ahead of time. This is a great option if you are short on time or if you want to avoid the in-store line. I have found that this location is usually on time with their pickup times.Overall, the food is always good, and the service is usually friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick and affordable meal.

Some employees can speak English , but some can't and are unable to understand simple English.The food is oily in compare to othe rbranches,but some other employees try to help.
