If I was looking for a quick banh mi fix, I would stop by Lee's in Lake Forest every now and then. However, after today; not any more. I have not been this particular location for a while. I was meeting a few friends and decided I'd pick up lunch for the group. I thought banh mi would be perfect, easy in/out and back on the road in no time. After all, there was only one customer ahead of me, perfect! - DING! DING! DING! "Wrong answer, thank you for playing." Fast forward, over thirty minutes later. - "Order number 31, ready!" Let me start by saying, I do not blame the employees; that credit goes to the management and owners. The three ladies behind the counter were working diligently, as hard and best they could to keep things moving but needed additional help or better, more efficient systems in place... 'Or both. I can understand the frustration of the people in line due to the very slow moving process. It's approaching lunch and the natives are restless... 'And very hungry. (I saw at least five people walk away when they saw the CLUSTERF*K before them.) If I had known I was going to be stuck in "traffic" for over 30 minutes, I would've spent that time getting lunch elsewhere. Despite my banh mi cravings, I have yet to return to this particular location. - Pau. (Done)

Ordered a pork sandwich and it was amazing. Great flavor. Ordered a taro milk tea with boba, taste was not there, and literally had a few bobas in it which bummed me out. I also ordered the three piece French baguettes with powdered sugar. Do not buy them. Not as advertised. Super small and no taste, not even any powdered sugar. I love the sandwiches and will order again for that reason but next time just the sandwich.

$10 for a tiny sandwich with one piece of ham and one egg… such a disappointment. Never coming back to this place.

The ice coffee is a lot of ice and not enough coffee. The little pastry was tasty but small.Tipping is getting out of hand everywhere! The staff was great the only lady doing everything deserves a raise. The place looks run down. Don’t know if they will be here long.Parking: Mall parkingWheelchair accessibility: Ramps everywhere

So $4.99 for a drink plus $2 tip for a cup of ice and a 4oz sip of coffee. If you want to get ripped off, come on in.

Ordered online ahead of time and when I got to the store, the staff was just sitting there. They started making the sandwich once I arrived. What a waste of time. Won't go here again as staff is clearly pretty lazy. Haven't had this experience with other locations. When I asked the guy at the front regarding the situation, he was pretty cavalier about the situation and said, sometimes it's fast or sometimes it's slower. There was no one else in the store so clearly, the staff is lazy.Vegetarian options: Veggie Asian sandwiches quite good

Ordered two chicken sandwiches today and hardly no chicken and hardly no veggies. Missing the banh mi taste/flavor that I was craving. What happened to this place? It used to be good. Price went up and the quality dropped. Very disappointed. Not coming back!

Walked in and there was no AC. The place smelled funny too. I stood at the front counter for a few minutes and no one came up. Decided to go to the restroom to wash my hands, and that was filthy. I walked right out. Spent about 5 mins in the store total. Didn’t see a single employee and the place was real

I'm leaving a review for the BAD smell in restroom and also no running water to wash my hands. The Vietnamese coffee was good though.

Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls - The worst pork & shrimp spring rolls. Only vegetable inside the rolls was chopped up Lettuce. Missing bean sprouts and herbs. The protein - Chinese BBQ Pork and Bay Shrimps, not fresh at all. The sauce tasted like diluted hoisin sauce and the rice paper used were subpar. The rice paper were broken and messy to eat. Very disappointed and pricey for two pieces of rolls. Do not recommend.

I love Lee's baguette bread, but their customer is just the worst. I get those reward text messages from when you buy stuff there and you enter your telephone number. So the other day I received a message saying that I had one free breakfast sandwich. When I made my order I told the lady that I had received a message for a breakfast sandwich and at first she refused and she said it had expired. I showed it to her, it said until 08/26, but she insisted it was expired. She texted someone, asked me which sandwich, to which I requested #80, and then gave the order to the other lady, but she said NO HAM. I honestly didn't want to make a fuss, but she truly gave me something completely different from what I had requested. Their service simply suck!

Ordered a few bbq pork Banh mi for lunch. The order came fast and was accurate. The best park of the sandwich was the ultra fresh bread. The sandwich was ok. I think maybe I prefer the grilled pork. The spring rolls were satisfying and the sauce was good.

Over priced and a waste of money. My sister and I got some sandwiches this afternoon. The location smelt like it had a sewage problem, bread was dry and stale, the cheese slices on my sandwich looked old and dried out, the tofu on her sandwich tasted way too sweet, the smoothies were too sweet, and it was all for a grand price of $30.Never again.

Hanging out with friends for summer fun. We stopped at Lees today for some sandwiches and eggrolls for lunch. Ordered the Pork and Beef sandwiches. I also love the Shredded Pork sandwiches. I also bough some cold coffees. Since it was really hot here, We bought several cold drinks. Lees have bigger menu choices now. Customer service was good here. My first time at this location. I will be back sometime around.

I've been to many Lee's locations and have mostly been very impressed but this one left me wanting more. The service was great, but the sandwich itself was lacking, I got the bbq por banh mi and it had very little meat in it. Mostly just a jalapeno, carrot and daikon sandwich with a couple pieces of pork thrown in. Might be willing to give this location another try, but this was a but disappointing.
