This is my go-to place for dinner! Kevin is excellent and so helpful. I’m a vegan, and it’s so hard to find accommodations, and he informed me about some delicious suggestions. Whenever I go in, he is happy to help me and anyone who steps inside. We need more employees like Kevin.

Very good and consistent food - Beef, rice, and zucchini are perfect while the chicken was on the dry side with a few pieces were burnt. If that wasn't the case this would have been a 5 star review.

I order from here at least 6 times a month (an office favorite). Luna Grill has great Mediterranean food with lots of choices. Easy ordering on the App. Nice employees. App also has a great rewards program.My only complaint is they open at 11am so if I place a large order online, I can’t get a 12 noon delivery. ;)
the food was terrible, burnt, dry very. The portion was so small it looked like the kids meal portion. the ground beef Kabob was literally inedible. I Ordered the family meal the, the chicken was nugget size pieces (8 very small pieces),normally they are full and juicy with each skewers being 5 pieces each. The kofta so burnt I couldn't cut it. Why put it in the box like that? Oh that's right because it was to go and no one would notice until they got home. I Called to complain and they said a manager would call me tomorrow. hmm still waiting. I would like a refund not a free Kabob because we won't be going back. $60.00 for Terrible foodParking: no

All I wanted was some doner kebab / gyro meat. I ended up having to order Koobadeh because they took the year of me off of their online ordering. When I got to the store and asked when they would have it available again, they said that they had some but they decided to take it off the online ordering because they wanted to save it for people ordering in store. Am I not a customer? Does what I want hold no value? There happens to be another kebab place across El Toro that always has gyro meat available. I recommend going there instead. It also supports a local business instead of a chain.

We came all the way from Europe and just wanted a place to eat. Eating here was a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the service was incredible and they were so good with the kids! My husband and I will definitely come back here. ☺️

Overall, I like Luna Grill. But the quality changes from location to location. Great service at Lake Forest by an attentive and well trained staff. However, the food was Luke warm and served on smaller plates than other locations. (Less meat) I ordered the chicken euro plate with salad. We typically visit the Dana Point location that is consistently good.
