Stopped by today to use my points to get a caramel frappe and after ordering they told me that machine was being clean and that they couldn’t make any frappe. I ask if I can cancel and get my points back in which they said I couldn’t. It’s really ridiculous that I used up all my point just to end up with no frappe. Never coming back to this location again

The management would not help my 9 year old get a different squishmallow toy,We received two boys squishmallow toys we wanted to exchange for a pink one and the employee said they couldn't see through the outer bag but we could and I couldn't leave a message at corporate or at the restaurent itself? THEY are not friendly to family needs or request,asked manager and supervisor hung up on me when I called?

The place is clean, I frequent this place from time to time since it’s just behind my house.Today, I am just using a McDonald cup to refill some soda. An old worker asked me to provide receipt so I can refill it. Not a general receipt from another franchise in the same city, a receipt from this location today.It’s a self served soda machine.He kept going “I’ve never seen you before” like I am supposed to know him like a mayor.If there is a policy of no refill at the location then please put some special tag at the door to let customers know.I didn’t see anything saying “only refill allowed exactly from this location” when I bought drinks from McDonald.That was a rude confrontation from the employee, btw. I am not going to spend a dime at this place.
