This was my first time at this location here in Foothill Ranch, Ca. Apparently this location just opened up again after some remodeling of some sort.They do have quite a few regular customers. I showed up around 9:45 am and a lot of the regular customers were talking about the remodel and how nice it looks now.The restaurant look nice and clean inside, but the soda machine could’ve used a wipe or two. No biggie! Well lid inside with a kids playground.Food was good, McDonald’s good! It did look like the kid’s playground had more seating tables than the other side. Maybe I’m looking too much into it.Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!

Horrible service. I ordered the Big Mac meal, 2 McDoubles for $3.99 but only received 1 McDouble in the bag. It should be guaranteed to get 2, seeing as how they are 2 for $3.99.

The dude that's has all the tattoos working drive thru is an amazing man. Everytime I come he's very respectful and nice. This man deserves a promotion. He the best cashier ive ever met at a fast food place and the only reason I am leaving this review.

Slow service. I ordered through the mobile app and picked up at the drive up spot where they being you the food. I ordered 1 sandwich which took about 10-15 minutes to be brought out to me.

I often go here for my lunch breaks or to get breakfast and I wouldn’t be leaving this review if it weren’t for the upstanding customer service. I order about once a week but the shift manager or just general manager here knows my name and always greets me with a smile, I wish I got her name so I could leave it in this review but she is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure I have a positive experience. The rest of the staff is friendly as well. Sometimes they get swamped in orders and customers but even if they do the food is always good and they handle the situation professionally. This is by far my favorite McDonald’s in Orange County.

They have both lanes open for drive through but only one is manned and the second one you are just left waiting. Once you pay they make you pull forward and wait 5-10 min for you meal and toss the bag around as it is carried to you….I will not be coming back

Im so sad that this is the most convenient location to me. It always takes forever to get the food and the employees are incompetent. They can’t ever seem to hear me when I’m placing my order so what should take 30 seconds ends up taking forever.
