The Mountain Mike's Pizza in Lake Forest is one the best I have been to, and I have been to a lot of them. The restaurant is very well kept. There is always a happy family or two or three lighting up the atmosphere inside. The pizza ? is ALWAYS perfect! My personal favorite is getting all the meats and bacons ? they have with extra garlic and a whole lot of ranch for dipping! There are games there as well so it's always going to be an enjoyable time at this location whether you're a youngster celebrating a successful baseball season, throwing a surprise birthday party and it's even perfect in the corners of the restaurant if you want to take your girlfriend or boyfriend on a date night and have a fun yet romantic time!Props the employees for the great attitudes and hard work they put in! Always going above and beyond.Parking: The parking lot is not the biggest. There has never been one time that I could not find a space.Kid-friendliness: ARCADE GAMES!!! This location has its own game corner and a variety of different arcade games to keep the kiddos happy!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

We have ordered from this mountain Mike's many times over the years and we are usually very satisfied. We ordered one of our go to pizzas last night, the cheeseburger pizza, and we're very disappointed! It was nothing more than a big blob of sauce with undercooked dough, it was tough to tell if this was even a pizza. We will now think twice about where we order our next takeout pizza..

Ordered the Everest pizza. Absolutely delicious! fresh ingredients, yummy toppings, nice crunch on the pizza dough. The wings are great. Customer Service is good. For me, this is the best pizza place in town. Highly recommended.

Ordered a pizza with anchovies and got artichokes instead. Called to inform of wrong topping and was told anchovies were not in stock so kitchen "improvised". No courtesy call before pick up alerting the change. Just admit a mistake was made.

Disappointing experience considering a Large pizza cost over $40. The Garlic Knots were alright but there was a sign with a special price right next to the register and they charged me more. When I called them out on it, they threw away the sign. It all worked out but the pizza wasn't worth it.

Food isn't good and phones are handled by a call center overseas in the Philippines. Good luck actually talking to the store to resolve any issues.

This place is terrible. They lie about your delivery time. They give you the wrong pizza. They don't help you to fix your order. They transfer you in circles and then keep hanging up on you. Place is horrible. Pizza is not even good. Yelp. Can I give 0 stars?

Not enough people work here for the amount of sales they make.

Noting unique or special about this pizza. Makes my stomach feel not great every time, but others and my kids like it, never have that issue with other pizza places. Good place for kids and grabbing some beers with the boys but don't expect much from the food as I'm sure most of it comes frozen, could be wrong but that's the quality that comes to the plate. Service is a bunch of kids. Nice kids but nothing close to the professionalism, training and efficiency of In-n-out kids. I would give a 2.5 stars but couldn't so rounded up.

I don't know what to say. My family and I came here starving and kept our cool throughout this whole experience. First things first, quarter machine in the arcade section was broken or missing. My kids could not get quarters to play video games to be entertained while we waited for our food. Next, they're fountain machine was not working. So no drinks. I told them that's fine do not charge me for drinks I'm going to take two bottled sodas from the fridge for the inconvenience. He allowed it and charged me for only one which I guess was okay. I ordered my pizza with a pitcher of beer. No, it is important to say that during this time s*** was hitting the fan behind the counter. They were not receiving orders via online, people were getting upset, drivers were picking up orders that were non-existent, it was a big big cluster f u c k. I sat down and waited for my beer but I knew I wasn't going to get it because of all the drama going on at the front counter. So after a few minutes I got up and reminded them of my picture of beer, a guy went to the back came back with three quarters of a pitcher of foam. Now, all the taps were closed and the guy went in the back came back so I don't know where they got the beer from but it was not fresh and it was not the best tasting beer I would say but anyway. I support family-owned businesses and all, but bro, this was too much. I kept my cool only cuz we were starving but dude, management needs to step it up here because there is no organization, training or any kind of sign that says the people helping me were properly trained to do so.

Mountain size Snowy Alps. Delicious and leftovers for days. The seating area is dim and kinda out dated. I usually get pizza to go.

This is good pizza. The dough is chewy and the pepperoni tastes good. It has some spicy kick to it. The only issue is I feel this place is a bit disorganized. They couldn't easily tell me the price of the pizza over the phone. The person who answered it had to ask someone else which was weird, but other than that i recommend trying it out.

Horrible service. Pizza was ok. Waited over 40 minutes for wings and garlic knots. Had to ask about it and the response was you haven't gotten it yet? Ordered 2 pizzas, one came out and was told the other one would be right out. Another 15 minutes and asked about it, the manager (who had only been there for a short time) said they had to redo it. When asked why we weren't told, he asked the teenager who had brought out the first one if had had told us, he smiled and said he forgot. Don't order from here and definitely don't try to eat in. They seemed to prioritize their delivery orders.

Very disappointed with Mountain Mike's in Lake Forest. Went for the first time and only 1 customer was there, which was my first warning, then I ordered and knew why. My husband got 1 small pizza and bread sticks. It took almost 30 min! Hubby had to ask about our order, the guys asked his name again then went back and brought out our food. It was clearly just sitting in the back somewhere. Was bland, cold and the service behind it was horrible. I took one bite and spit it into a napkin. We left within 5 minutes. DON'T GO!
