The staff here is very unfriendly. I’ve been coming a long time and I previously ordered Orange chicken but last time it was very dry and poor quality. It tasted like old meat. So I asked if I could try a piece to see if it was good this time. The woman who helped me refused and was extremely rude about it.

Huge Panda Express fan I eat at Panda 2x/week. What I would say here is that I have never seen a location so protective of it’s fried rice. They give about 1/2 of a normal portion and make sure that not a single grain of rice will go over the lip of the styrofoam. It seems that a 3 item combo here is smaller than a 2 item combo at other locations I frequent.From a management aspect this place is probably very profitable, but I don’t expect to leave hungry after a 3 item combo. I will be going out of my way to visit other panda locations as a result of portions here

I left a power box at the counter. Walked out and back in under 30 seconds. Walking back in 2 managers on the floor, box not at the counter. I made eye contact with both managers and employees and was ignored. When asking the cashier if I had left a box under a minute ago (really 30 seconds) they responded with “oh yes it’s in the back (room)” by ignoring me initially with both managers and placing my belonging so quickly in their back office it felt like they were attempting stealing. Felt like… really felt like, I won’t be coming back and told that to the manager to his face as I walked out. Bummer when you like the food.

The food is sometimes prepared long long before you arrive. This leads to very mushy vegetables in the dished. This place was also so so very cold with the a/c on high in the evening in winter. They said this was to keep the employees cool as they are in the kitchen. I asked why not find balance to allow some comfort for the guests. They said it's not their concern to keep us comfortable. It's ridiculous , I'd say it was around 57 degrees

I have been craving Orange chicken a lot recently and this Panda Express has exceeded my expectations every single time! The food was always good, every staff member was nice to assist me in a timely manner and the store is always clean. They definitely foster a healthy work environment and are a staple here in Lake Forest! If you want to eat some fast Chinese food look no further cause it's the best spot in town for Panda!

Always late in getting my pick up ready. Only started to work on my pick up after I arrived even though I got there already 5 minutes past the promised pick up time on the message from Panda Express. They were also not busy, only one customer in line.
Panda Express! One of my favorite places to eat on occasion. What else is there to say about this locale? It's the same great taste you know & come to expect from Panda. I would add that the customer service here was excellent & made me feel welcome. Would definitely return if I was in the area.

Like a fatso that I am , im leaving this a 3 start because I ordered beef broccoli but more beef THAN broccoli and I still got a regular scoop of beef broccoli & YOU still paying an extra fee for "portion size " I wish I can show you my plate but I messed it up already food is 10/10 though nonetheless 3/5 stars IDK why workers think it comes out their check it's not that serious

I did an online order to be picked up at 6pm. My order was not ready but meanwhile at least five customers that were walk-ins were in and out of there with their food in the 15 minutes I stood there and waited. I did the online order to save time and saved anything but. No apologies or courtesy beverage or anything.

Whimpy servings. I was surprised when I ordered a dinner with three sides. I always get two sides of teriyaki chicken at the mission Viejo store and I get two breasts cut up. This place gave me one and a third of another. Also ordered some shrimp and same story they didn't even fill the tiny box. I don't know if management has told everyone to cheap out but I got ripped off. Shame on this cheesy restaurant
