Staff here is really nice & friendly and all the pastries are fresh and delicious. I often come here to study and get my work done and I always buy something to be courteous of using the space. They have free wifi and the connection is great!

I liked this place till I found tiny fly in their refrigerator plus they have adding tip on their system but they do not give it to their employees this is disappointing the owner hopefully see this and think about it then I will come back

I went to eat a sandwich in the morning on March 15th.However, there was food on the table next to me and the cashier was not doing anything, so I told him to clean it up, but there was no response.

The staff are chatting instead of closing the glass display window that the customer forgot to close, leaving the food exposed to the air. I saw fruit flies in the desserts on the other side. The attitude of the people is okay.

Really love this bakery. It’s self serve for the pastries and cake and coffees behind the counter. They always have seasonal themed items. Love the mochi donuts and anything with fruit like the strawberry cream croissant and lemon cream cronut. Lots of savory as well that I haven’t tried yet. Coffees are yum and they always have a special flavor like cookie butter or nutella.

Service was meh, there were no trays or tongs available till I asked so I had to wait till my friend was done to use hers. The AC was blasting in 62 degree weather. (PB peeps, Pro Tip: Lower or turn off the AC when it's already freezing outside)The only redeeming thing is luckily their pastries and drinks are great.

As much I love this place and recommended it to all my family and friends now I hate this place not because of the pastry but because of their dishonesty. I’ve been overcharged twice. I ignored it the first time I said we all do mistakes but when it happened again. My husband got so upset and told him you overcharged me again. The guy (Luis t T) started to blame my husband that he didn’t check it while he was paying. Seriously this guy made his mistake trying to blame it on us not only that he went through the order and said your money back on the card and that was a second lie he did. We didn’t get our money back at all. He played us very well! He didn’t even say sorry of what he did and the other employees were standing and they didn’t do anything.NO MORE PARIS BAGUETTE and i will make sure my family and friends be aware of what happened

Luis gave us the wrong cake that we chose. When asked why he did so, he said the cake we wanted wasn't sliced, so he decided to give us a different one. Also, he refused to separate our purchase into two different boxes. Very strange behavior from the employee.

Horrible service! Their minimum staff are confused, rude and possibly intoxicated all the time! I placed an online order twice and each time I went in to pick up my order they were so confused and it turned out to be my cakes were given away to other customers. So, they had ne waiting for 20 minutes each time to give me something else instead of my ordered item.Also, their staff are so messy and don’t stick up to any sanitization standards for a bakery/food offering place and it seems to be no one is overlooking their job.Stay away…

This location needs to get their act together. Don't come when they open at 7 am per the website because they open when they want to open! 80% of the pastries are not put out on display. Manager said to come around 9 when they are all put out. He didn't even help get the store opened on time and even to help put out the pastries. That's too late if you want to bring in pastries into an office in the morning on the way to work or want to have it with your morning coffee. The pastries are not even labeled, the trays are dirty and I can go on. I read the responses from the business managers to reviewers less than stellar reviews. The business managers should share the yelp comments with their corporate offices instead of having reviewers send more emails. Really??
