I never post yelp reviews but I had to share this picture with someone hahah. I ordered the nacho cheese fries. Paid additional $ for extra jalapeños, extra fries, and extra nacho cheese. They gave me quite literally 10 fries

Great place with amazing staff. Super friendly all the time and I’m here every day. The only issue seems to be the manager. I was in this morning ordering a breakfast taco when she claimed the machine does not know how to split the cost between cards. I know this to not be true because I have it done there more times than I can count as I am impoverished. She stood there and lied to me. Either that or she doesn’t know how to do something that the teenagers making $15/hour do. And if that is the case I recommend having her train under one of them..(P.S. I am homeless and she from behind the counter after refusing to accept my payment told me to get my bank accounts in order)

Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. The environment is super nice. Huge surrounding glass windows almost made 3 glass walls. Furniture quality and style is way above average fast food restaurants. Food is great.

This place is one of the nicest Taco Bell's on the inside and they are always super clean. Idk about the guy below me, but I don't pay attention to prices at fast food because I don't eat them very often, but this spot has always been great to me! Always have really fast service compared to other Taco Bell in the area (Trabuco/Los alisos is the worst)
They already get your order wrong. It is as if it is company policy to mess up your order.

I've moved around a lot in my life, pretty much all within Southern California. As such, I've frequented several different Taco Bells. And I can tell you, without a shadow of a doubt, this is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been, and likely among the worst in SoCal.They mess up orders more than any other Taco Bell. Their food gave me food poisoning twice, once mild and once very bad. And perhaps the most egregious: they are the most expensive Taco Bell.Check the prices and you'll see that pretty much all the neighboring establishments have lower prices. And while many other franchises are a bit more expensive here this Taco Bell takes it to another level. For example, the McDonald's in the same mall as this place has their prices around 0-10% more expensive than the nearest McDonald's, around 5% on average which is around acceptable. Meanwhile the Taco Bell here is around 10-20% more expensive than it's nearest neighbor. That is a crazy markup just for location. Currently the beefy crunch burrito is $2.50-2.70 in most other establishments around OC, while this one has theirs at $3. This is a fast food joint. They don't need to have good ambiance, and the service doesn't need to have a friendly smile on their faces. All that's required is to not screw up orders so frequently and have reasonable prices, and maybe not poison me would be nice. I'm giving this place 1/5 stars not based on a scale for all restaurants, but based on a scale for fast food joints. That's how bad it is. I've been to a lot of bad fast food places in my life, but this is likely the worst I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. It's put me off of Taco Bell in general, and on the occasions I do get the craving I drive an extra mile to go to the nearest neighbor Taco Bell instead. Anytime I think of going here I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I don't expect others to go to the same lengths that I have, but I do expect anyone who reads this review to be prepared to be ripped off and maybe get your order wrong. For the unlucky few, add in some food poisoning.
