Great bagels, very close to NY quality and the service is above average with the owner almost always working the floor and is very professional and wanting to deliver great customer service and quality product. Coffee is hot and above average in quality and taste plus you can always ask for extra cream cheese or extra well done bagel without a charge. My only complaint about the bagel shack is the price. I understand it's a small business, but I frequently feel like I could get more for my money somewhere else. But the rye bagel always brings me back!My favorite bagel is the churches on Rye extra lemon pepper. Always met with a smile and served as quickly as possible. 12/8/2023There isn't much to the store front but it's cute enough. The staff were super friendly and my bagel was perfectly what I was craving. Lowes on an Everything, yummy! I'm from our if town but I'll be back next time I visit.
