I really love togos. I just discovered it and have been going pretty often as of recently. Truthfully... i love this location, strictly because they're the only one that know how to make items correctly and follow instructions. The only thing that really ruins it for me is the customer service. I'm there daily grabbing lunch and there is one specific man that makes this whole experience uncomfortable. No one wears name tags, so i couldn't tell you his name. He is a short Hispanic male in a black shirt. He looks like he might be a manager, but who knows forsure. I try to make everyone's job easier since i don't want to be a crappy customer, but WOW. I order online and when i show up it's never ready. Then it seems like I'm bothering them? The whole staff is rude, but this man specifically is outrageous. I hope someone looks into this.

Good restaurant! Staff could be a bit more welcoming, but they were not rude or anything like that.Two of us showed up here on a Saturday 2 pm. 2 tables taken. Not busy at all. They took both of our orders and fixed our subs quickly!The restaurant looked clean and well maintained, good ambiance inside. Finding front parking can get hectic sometimes, but there is plenty of parking around this shopping center.We took our order “To Go.” The subs were really good. I wish my sub was a bit more toasty, but it was really tasty. Plenty of meat, good quality of ingredients.

It's the day before the 4th of July at 12:15pm. I typically come into this establishment once a week for years now to get my sandwich fix. I've noticed the same young gentleman that works there the last few times (Gio) might be his name? But not sure. He seems pretty unhappy every time his coworkers ask for assistance. Once he sees that he is being asked to help make sandwiches he drags himself to counter from the back area, throws his filthy sweat stained Togos hat on the counter where sandwiches are being made and asks what kind of sandwich the customer wants. The other fellow customer and I look at each other in awe as he doesn't even wash his hands. He's now proceeded to get the bread all the while instead of putting his hat on like his other coworkers. At this point I look at where the produce is and his hat is literally in some of the lettuce and on top of it. I was disgusted as the other customer was as well. I'm thankful to have a very nice young lady make my sandwich. I would leave if he proceeded to try to make my sandwich due to his unsanitary behavior. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've noticed this in the same individual I just wait to have 2-3 occurrences before I post a review. Management needs to address this issue as this will create unwanted visits from the health dept and lose customers.

My boyfriend and I just ordered to go. I ordered a mini sandwich and soup. We got home to eat and realized they didn't even give me my soup!

This place gets a 5 star, thanks to Gio. He is the best at making sandwiches. He is fast, consistent, and has the best customer service skills out of all the guys there. Keep up the good work! You are appreciated.

I went here for a good part of my childhood, customer service and food was all good until like about starting a year or so ago. Ever since, they are always understocked, understaffed, rude and always, no matter what, manage to forget a thing i wanted even after stating a million times over. The calorie count for the taste you get is just terrible, I regret buying this sandwich again. Also, THE CLEANLINESS IS DISGUSTING, THERE WAS A WORKER MAKING OUR FOOD, WITH SNOT COMING DOWN HIS NOSE, COUGHING ON ALL THE FOODSTUFFS. THIS BEING AROUND 1:30 PM ON A THURSDAY. WHOEVER MANAGEMENT IS OR THE FRANCHISEE, PLEASE CONSIDER REWORKING STAFF FROM THE GROUND UP!!!! It was not worth the money, so much so that I went to subway after throwing away the sandwich that cost 15 bucks, I can get more at subway for the same price, with better flavor. Like come on guys, theres a good reason the restaurant is empty practically all day...

I had a problem with my soup (due to my misunderstanding) they still fix it very easily and did not charge me although I said I could pay for it. Also the taste is 100/100!

Used to be good sandwiches but not anymore. I used to get the pastrami. But it literally is just tiny little cuts of meat. And they barley put any on the sandwiches. For the price I would rather go to the hat and get giant slices of pastrami. Also not to mention my last sandwich has a hair in it . I won't be back
