Well on the whole, clean restaurant, and fresh food, but like so many others on here very disappointed in the service and the fact that they are so stingy with their sauces and exceptionally rude service when asking politely for additional sauces. I really do prefer Waba to places like flame broiler but I really can't imagine that the corporate office would be ok with franchisees using Waba sauce as a profit lever for their location. I will be contacting them as well to let them know of my experience. To charge 30 cents per packet of sauce which is less than 1 oz. When other Waba locations let you dispense your self sauce freely doesn't seem like it should be permitted. AVOID THIS LOCATION - Sauce Nazis

I love Waba especially the plant based steak. My go-to lunch since I work very close by. Today is likely my last time at this location and prefer to drive further or visit Flame Broiler instead where I can self serve myself the sauces. It's like I'm asking for free sides each time it's just awkward. The stingyness is bad for business, have condiments accessible so we don't feel like Oliver Twist asking for 1 extra packet of sauce.

Hey Im not a person to leave reviews especially bad reviews But Dam This WabaGrill Deserves This One , I ordered a Waba Bowl to go & this Asian Lady at the Counter Gives me One packet of waba sauce & one hot sauce I asked nicely can I get another hot sauce & she says only one per order I was like bro! I paid $17 for one waba bowl only & you can’t give me 1 more hot sauce unbelievable ppl! How can a place like this stay in business & to top it off she didn’t even give me a fork she probably thought it would be better to eat with my hands. Worst service in a Cool Minute

This was my first time trying Waba Grill! Did you hear? They just released Boom Boom Tacos and I'm all for it. I got the trio with Chicken, Steak and Jumbo Shrimp and they were all delicious but the shrimp was my favorite! I also paired the tacos with a few rice bowls.It's a great combo and I'm happy to see this on their menu. I don't normally like Teriyaki sauce but the teriyaki sauce here is delicious. Their rice is perfectly cooked. The meats are perfectly seasoned. You can also ask for extra sauces.This one is located in a big shopping plaza with a free parking lot. Service is friendly. There is inside and outside seating. Inside is casual yet modern. I think price is reasonable for the amount of food you get.
The place is clean. Quick and easy. The food is yummy. Can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. I usually order beef with veggies.

I just ordered lunch from here and to my surprise, they were serving plant based Steak! Was going to order the salmon, however, plant based ALWAYS so I went ahead and ordered their version of the steak and I'm glad I did because it was Y-U-M-M-Y! Haven't been eating meat for awhile, so this was definitely a treat. It had the right texture, chewiness, tenderness (DELICIOUS!) I don't think I would have spent an extra $2.99 for their plate though, because on the menu it says "more" protein, salad, and fruit. I was expecting a little more salad and fruit than what was handed to me. I received a half of an orange and a half hand scoop of salad (for $2.99...come on!) and I feel like if I stuffed all this rice and protein in a bowl, it would fit. They should really fill the entire container up like they do in Chinese To-Go places. My plate ended up totaling $15-ish dollars which doesn't add up to the amount of food you get so yeah, next time - settle for a bowl. Haha! Would definitely come back here again for the plant based steak, but ordering a bowl next time. Service was quick and the ambiance was quiet and reserved. Go try the plant based steak! :) #health #plantbased
