Ive been here once and i love it! The yogurt was amazing! But had a little bit of a weird texture. The workers were so nice and the topping bar had so many different options! Although the toppings we're getting mixed up. The place was clean but the tables had some leftover yogurt. Wish they were cleaner. Overall i loved it here for being my first time! Am so exited to come back and experience more from this place!!

Perished strawberries and pineapples were in the trays. Also, the lights are dimmed kinda dark shop I see. I told the associate about the perished fruit, he is kinda neutral!

So disgusted by the lazy workers at this location! They close at 10, but they decided to clean the bathrooms early. My 3 year old needed to use the bathroom and he wouldn’t let me use it bc he said it was already cleaned and closed for the day! It was 9:20pm and my son ended up peeing his pants in the parking lot!! Stop hiring lazy people and get people who actually care about normal customer service! Normally I wouldn’t mind but not a single restaurant or store nearby was open! He literally gave us no option bc the bathroom was already clean??? So ridiculous

The yogurt we had was more akin to frozen ice and lacked the expected flavor profile. This wasn't an isolated incident, as I tried several flavors they offered, and they all had the same issues. Soft-serve yogurt is typically known for its smooth and creamy texture, but all we could find was hard and clumpy, defying the essence of 'soft serve.' Whether I pressed the handles gently or firmly, the results were consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such problems at this location, so it might be time to seek out a genuine Soft-Serve Yogurt Shop... a little further drive, but Golden Spoon really meets my expectations

My fiancé have been here 3 times already this week cheaper than ice cream and I like the toppings bar! Staff is friendly. I just got the app and love that I can earn points towards free froyo! The ambiance is not amazing here, they could definitely do better in that aspect! The tables are covered in stickers. Maybe some fairy lights or cool decor would help! We usually get ours to go.
