After speaking with Rob today he assured me this was just a fluke. I really appreciate him calling me to apologize. I honestly should have called the restaurant before leaving a review. I let my long day get to me. Thank you Rob for reaching out.
I've always had great experience with this round table. Great customer service and if the pizza is not right they send you a gift card for $10 off your next Pizza . The only thing I can say bad about them is that they don't deliver to my area , which is off of Lakeshore by Park Hill . I'm disabled so it would be really great to get delivery . Maybe they can include us on this side of the lake . Praying.

The man with the long grey ponytail is killing it tonight. I'm assuming there are new employees because of a few mix ups but the manager handled it with great communication while giving excellent service.
