The alexadilla is a California burrito wrapped in a quesadilla and you can clearly tell it is a quesadilla which I loved. It wasn't overly loaded with just fries. There was a good mix of everything inside. The meat wasn't SUPER flavorful but overall the burrito was good. The red and green hot sauces were both very good and had nice flavor. The girl who took my order was so nice and personable and definitely wanted to make sure you got what you wanted. Inside was very clean and the had seating for to-go orders that wouldn't take up the seating for people trying to eat there. The music was a notch louder than I would prefer but not unbearable. I will definitely go back to try some of the other items on the menu.

Alberts is always my go to sit down Mexican food food in Lakeside. Delicious plates, burritos, and even their in house drinks like the Jamaica and whipped orange drink are awesome. Their taco bar wasn't open when we visited around 1030am so we may have just been too early.
Really delicious hashbrown burritos and the rolled tacos are some of the best I've ever had. The service is quick and friendly and the inside is clean and tidy. I've been recommending this place to friends and family!

Great food but today it was off. the guacamole looked and tasted like smart and final frozen guacamole I don't think it was fresh no chunks and it was too smooth and tasteless.. Machaca breakfast was good like always very tasty but a little cold and refries were cold. I think it sat too long waiting to come out they were really busy this morning.
Coming here is a regular occurrence for my family. Food has always has always been consistent and delicious throughout the 10+ years it's been in business. If you're dining in, food comes out fairly quickly.
Normally the food is great after eating there a hundred times, but yesterday was not the best... rolled tacos were coldish and carne asada burrito was slightly off from normal greatness.

The best Mexican food i have had. The flavor is addicting and I love how they serve on real plates. Salsa and chips when you eat in and they clean up for you gives that restaurant service. I love how they are not stingy with there hot sauce and give you bottles A++ they have me as a customer for life just sad it took me this long to eat here. It's a must every weekend for me :) Albert's taking care of customers the right way.

The same way we use this platform to call people out on their wrong doings I would like to give a big shout to the lady who just took my order today at the Alberts in lakeside off Los coches I didn't get her name because she wasn't wearing a badge. She was so respectful and courteous she even brought my son stickers and some colors because he was having a bad day well we both were. I then told her she had such a nice attitude and she responded back with "I just love my job ma'am" If you happen to stop by please make sure you give her props. Good people like this need our support and encouragement. She was a Hispanic lady with long black hair. I really wish I would have gotten her name. Overall it was such a great experience coming. From the service to the food just everything. The lady that helped is was there this morning!

Great little taco shop!!. Everything on the menu is delicious. And the menu is one of the most extensive menus I have ever seen in a Mexican restaurant. Lots of different opinions and choices for sure. Trust me you will not walk out hungry, guaranteed! And this is the home of the "big rolled taco" double the size of your standard rolled tacos. Most times I can only eat 3 and I'm full. Normally I can eat much more, but not this place. Great taco shop!
