We had a wonderful dinner at Barona Oaks Steakhouse. Rodrigo was our waiter, and he made the experience very special. I loved the rib eye, Caesar salad, and the extensive wine list. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Oaks last night, in celebration of my parents anniversary. The wait staff was wonderful, the food was excellent and the entertainment provided by the pianist was so enjoyable. They served outstanding bread and butter, and the prime rib eye was delicious. We also thoroughly appreciated the cocktails and the unique manner in which they were presented! We look forward Update: since posting an excellent experience at The Oaks Steakhouse I have attempted numerous times to make a reservation, and have consistently turned down, staff siting that in order to dine here you must be a VIP member of the casino. I'm really put off by this. Please explain, and let me know when I might be able to dine here again. I'm very disappointed in this turn of events, especially after sharing my very honest and gratuitous review.

Nice ambience. Love the live piano playing. I enjoyed my prime rib steak. Lobster was delicious too. The shrimp wrapped in bacon was delicious too. Great service. Would come back.

We always eat at Barona Oaks Steakhouse whenever we ever we come to the Casino (6-7 years now). That food is absolutely wonderful. We have never had a bad meal, and service is always great. We play with our club cards which gives us comp. meals or discounts. We live near Fresno Ca. and drive to Barona a couple times a year to enjoy the casino and food. We have gone to many other Casinos, but Barona is by far our favorite.
Unless you are willing to give up your privacy your a second rate citizen and they don't give a damn about you. I wanted to book a RESERVATION for 6 people to the steak house on my Birthday next Saturday. I wan't asking for a comp I was asking for a reservation to pay about $600-$700+ for a special family dinner. We stopped using club cards and gave up free comp meals, hotel stays, shopping etc years ago because we valued our privacy and don't want our gambling to be tracked anymore. To our surprise Manager Spencer was extremely rude to me. When I asked if I had to choose between my privacy and eating at your steakhouse his response was "that's your choice". His tone was demeaning and my husband who goes to the casino a few times a week now refuses to ever go back! I then called and asked to speak to his Manager and Aubrey, Manager called me back and had the same attitude. You either give up your privacy or you can't eat at their steakhouse. I told him that we are there a few times a week and his response was how do we know that is true if you don't use the card. AGAIN I AM ASKING FOR A RESERVATION TO PURCHASE A $600-$700+ Dinner not asking for a comp. I told him if this was their attitude then I will never gamble at the casino again. This attitude just lost a family of gamblers that value privacy that have been gambling at Barona Casino since it first opened and was in a tent. The attitude was so disgusting not worth going to Barona ever again!

Don't forget to make your reservation! When we arrived we we're greeted with a beautiful smile from the host Lizet, she was very friendly and welcoming. We were seated directly across from the fireplace which made for a romantic night. After being seated we were offered water and bread right away. My husband and I placed our food order right away and sat enjoying each others conversation, the pianist playing in the background created the perfect ambiance. When our food arrived, we were astonished with how large the lobster tail was. And let me tell you, this magic dish of yumminess serviced to dip the lobster was absolutely amazing. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the server assisted in finding a bottle of wine that would compliment the meal. I was surprised with a birthday dessert that was also amazing, but I was so full I ended up eating it later. This place is a little pricy, but it was all so worth it. Seriously the best food and service I have had in years!
