The African America man, with a grill, was absolutely amazing. Friendly and up beat. He was so sweet and had such a great attitude! I have been to this Jack in the box a couple times and hated it because they were so slow and grumpy. This guy changes my outlook on this location and I hope this finds his boss just so they know he awesome!

They are busy and sometimes you'll have a botch up. I'd recommend confirming your order, no matter how you put it in. The staff are friendly enough to fix what may have gone wrong.Dietary restrictions: They offer caloric info for single items or combos.Parking: Usually can find a spot to park, although if drive thru gets slammed, may take a moment to get in or out of one.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems ADA compliant.

8:30 am… HOT/FRESH food! CLEANEST fast food I’ve seen in a long time! Staff was friendly and all seemed to be enjoying their job. Their cycling routine included outside as well - which can typically get overlooked! Clean and free if trash.. even in the landscaping. Impressive! Fantastic job everyone!
There was some new guy at the cash register that didn’t have a clue about what he was doing and goofed up my order. That by itself wouldn’t have been too annoying if my food wasn’t stone cold and the shake was watery and not made right. I went back and got a replacement meal and it was also cold and they didn’t give me a refund for the shake I had to buy a new one. This place has went to hell from how I remember it.

The only thing I didn't like was the Atmosphere it just seems like all Jack in the box are in not as good neighbor hoods like McDonald's. I'm just keeping it real??

Location was supposed to be open until 3:30am but decided to do closing procedures at 1 am. The restaurant was still taking mobile orders but not working on any of them. The workers stated the restaurant was closed. And they weren't doing orders.
