The meet was very little. The old owner had some really yummy lentil soup a few years ago back 2016-2017 I believe, but My husband and I will not be going here. No thanks. The meet is too greasy. My children 5 & 3 said, "disgusting!"

This is not your typical restaurant . It's been a little secret gem for years . I discovered it because I wanted fresh hummus . I went in , and got a history of the restaurant and a free taste of his Lentil soup. It was delicious and delightful ! And my son thinks their hamburgers are to die for!

Visiting Jon's is always a great experience. The food is fresh so the speed is slow, but definitely worth it. Just plan ahead that food takes about 20-40 minutes. The beef and lamb kebobs are amazing as well as the shawarma. Can't go wrong with a visit to Jon's.

Wow this food is amazing and so fresh. This food is so tasty and its supports one's health! The people working their are super friendly and make you feel at home! A must try. You can tell them have passion for the food they make. Support local restaurants!
I love this place! They are warm and welcoming and proud of their food, as they should be. I try to go at least every other week now. I have had several things on the menu, but especially like the Shawarma Beef which comes with Shola rice (yum), Basmati rice and a nice little salad. It's a little heaven on earth.
Best falafel wrap I've ever had! The falafel was crispy and soft and fluffy inside, excellent flavor, loads of fresh vegetables. We also tried a gyro. Husband recommends! We took home a lamb kebab. At the owner's advice we ate it while it was still hot. Oh my, what a wonderful combination of flavors. I think Jon should come to Canada!

Imagine your grandfather was Afghani and cooked you yummy food. This is Jon's. I had the shawarma lamb combo and it was flat out fantastic. When you roll up, this place looks a bit sketchy. Don't let it fool you though. There's a heaping plate of awesomeness in store. The old man was kind, funny, helpful and what humans should aspire to.

Falafel Wrap was sooo good! I was in the mood for a salad, but needed to be able to eat in the car, so I ordered the falafel wrap, fearing it might be dry.I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not dry at all and was surrounded by wonderfully fresh vegetables. Ended up being much better than a salad. Be sure to call well-ahead so he has time to prepare it.
