BEST MILK TEA WITH BOBA. Yup, I said it. Not too sweet, not bland. The Baby Daddy said he prefers the boba from Tapioca Express because he likes the boba on the firm side (but he doesn't know what he is talking about). I like my boba esquishy and sweet, just like they make it here. They mix the milk tea to order so it's not like it is sitting in a pitcher, and they still make it perfectly cause I have gotten their milk tea twice and it has been exactly the same both times. I'll try something else next time, but gosh darn it it's so difficult to choose something else when I know their milk tea is a hit! Two stars down because the first time I came to this location we came near the time they are supposed to close and the guys there were kinda rude. The second time they were not rude but the employees were not welcoming or helpful. I did not get asked if I had questions or anything along those lines. Like they just wait for your order so they can get you out of there ASAP. It seems like the employees are all pretty young, and nothing against that, but they definitely lack customer service and etiquette/welcoming atmosphere.

Awful service the two guys working here today are so leisurely taking their time to attend customers. We got here More than 10 minutes ago and about 10 people are still waiting for their drinks. It's so bad that a lady who ordered right after us asked for a refund and walked away.. oh well, things sure have changed at the new Monster Cafe.

The outside of the building still has the name Ding Tea but the interior is much different than the other locations. When asking the staff they mention that they're rebranding to Monster Boba. The shop has a large seating area for those who want to study, catch up with friends, or enjoy their drinks. The menu is listed above the register, the sizes are reg. and large. I chose the brown sugar boba beverage which was a perfect amount of sweetness. The location gives a generous amount of drink to ice ration which was nice. The staff here were nice and I did have a minor issue with my drink cup lid not sealing correctly but immediately they were able to fix my drink.

They're rebranding, the menu was different as of last night. Theres different cups which is how we actually noticed... the interior seems a lot more spacious due to remodeling, overall the milk tea still tastes the same.

I stopped going to Ding Tea for a bit when an employee reached out to me privately in an unprofessional manner. I decided to go back because my friend and I went to Ross and I wanted to try Ding Tea one more time to see if my perception of Ding Tea can be changed. Ding Tea got a rebrand! The interior of Ding Tea was super cute! I love how they remodeled the inside. It's a lot brighter compared to what it was before, which makes it feel a lot bigger than it was previously. They also updated the menu to feature new drinks! I dropped my review to three stars because the drinks are still good and the place is clean. I may come again, but I'm not in a rush to. The employees aren't welcoming and I don't want to have another experience with the employee that personally attacked me for my previous review even though I gave Ding Tea 4 stars. There's other boba spots within a 2 mile radius that have good drinks and friendly employees. Here's a tip: check in to Ding Tea on yelp to receive 20% off!

Tasted ok but the boba drinks are a little watery and bobas are smaller amount than what I’m used to. They charge .78 for adding bobas and .78 for large size. The regular size is too small imo.

I ordered a large brown sugar milk tea and it tastes like cereal milk. The boba was good though!
My daughter's fave is their matcha milk tea with lychee jelly and cheese foam. She will not get any other milk tea from anywhere else.

I love Jasmine Milk Tea and this place made it perfect. I added Cheese Mousse and it makes the drink more creamy and sweet (this is how I like my drink). Definitely recommend! The service is great and the girl that took our order is really nice.

They always take sooo long even for just one drink. The workers also are pretty rude. I did a mobile order to avoid the wait and when I arrived they still haven’t even started making my drink and the worker just said ok I’ll start it right now. I normally don’t write negative reviews but I just really don’t recommend this location. The one in long beach on clark is much better.

What a random find! Wanted something sweet but with a coffee flavor and we found Ding Tea. The spot is located in a shopping center, parking is ample, and the actual store is so cute. Music was playing, groups of people were just chilling and laughing, the staff was quick and in it. We actually ordered the two brown sugar milk teas and were about to leave when we saw their dessert fridge. We grabbed a crème brûlée and a cheesecake. Yum yum! Would def return and may set up my laptop since they offer WiFi.

Parking is easy! Open parking lot. This is located in a shopping center. Music is so good! WiFi is available if you want you set up shop. Very clean spot. The customer service is awesome too. They were fast and on it. We also bought Crème Brûlée... yummy!
