I would not return for the food. I ordered the chilaquiles and did not like them -- they were covered in red sauce very heavily so I could not taste the flavor of any other component of the chilaquiles. The mexican rice that it came with was either overcooked or old because the texture was very hard. The table I was sat at was dirty. When I asked for it to be cleaned, they simply moved me to another booth where the table was wobbly. The staff was friendly but overall, the experience would not compel me to return.

My daughter and I were attended by a waiter named Crystal. She was very nice and sweet. She checked up on us often. The food was delicious. It was our first time there and it was worth it. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely love this place. I came with my grandpa for brunch and the customer service was pleasant and incredibly friendly. The atmosphere of this place is comforting and cozy. You feel very welcomed the second you walk in and are seated almost immediately. The food is pleasantly hot and it comes out pretty fast. Their food quality is great and it tastes very good. I recommend this place. Very good

Stopped here with my dad a couple days ago, and came back today. The home made muffins are delicious (had a blueberry one and a chocolate chip one), I live in LA and don't think we have muffins this good anywhere there. Service was great and the food is pretty delicious. I had the steak/eggs a couple days ago and breakfast burrito, so good. The guys restroom does smell, but it's not thy bad. For sure would come again.

I am very pleased my girlfriend introduced me to this place. I came here during the weekday for lunch with 2 other people. Pancho Heritage was busy for a Thursday but we got seated right away. They had a lunch menu which I ordered from. I got their lunch Country Fried Steak which a little smaller portion than their dinner. It was the perfect portion for me. It was one large country fried steak topped with their delicious gravy served with bread of your choice. All of their breads are made in-house and I got their popular raisin bread which was oh so delicious. My dish also came with potatoes and 2 eggs cooked the way I like it. Everything was delicious. My friends also enjoyed their lunch. We were all satisfied. With coffee, I paid about $25 with tip. The service was excellent. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. She was also such a pleasure to talk to. The inside of this place is casual and cozy. Definitely can't wait to be back.

Had the chicken and waffles breakfast. Came with 1/2 fried chicken. Was expecting chicken strips for some reason. I was pleasantly surprised by that. I gave it 4 because I had better fried chicken, it was good but could use some more seasoning on it.

in most restaurants you walk in smell the food and you feel like eating. Am I right? As I walked in, it smell like dirty water and chlorine Tables were dirty. I saw a dish tray with black mildew and the guy collecting the dirty dishes from the tables. They were cleaning the tables with just a wet old rag I had a feeling it didn't even have soap. The silverware had spots. Dishes didn't seem to be clean. They served orange juice and the glasses seem to leave water behind as if they just didn't dry them after washing them. need to invest in Mops I noticed the guy threw water on the floor and scraped it with a broom. It's kind of gross. They serve a lot of food but for what it's worth it's too pricey. Too much quantity not enough quality. Waiters need to be more properly hygienic a clean a tire. Maybe wash their hands. Cut the nails. I did not enjoy my breakfast. To top it off we waited a good half-hour too be attended without customers in front. Will give them fact that they were very nice polite and smiled. I do hope they improve. Please invest in proper cleaning supplies and proper soap. Please improve you're cleaning skills people do notice. I'm not kidding I had a stomach ache when I got home after eating eggs.

Was headed to Costco and saw they had menudo, so we decided to stop and see how they match up to mr rosewood (hands down still the best). So let's break it down. 1. Menudo is $16!! You would think this is epic menudo. No! It legit tastes like it's from a can. Panza is way over cooked and almost dehydrated looking. Plus there was barely any in there and what was there was really small pieces. No oregano, no chili flakes, no flavor. Epic fail. 2. We got the LA marathon. Parts of it were decent, parts of it had no flavor, and parts of it just tasted weird. The home fries were actually good. I asked for over easy eggs and the whites were still raw on one side. bacon was ok, but it looked like it was cooked 3 days ago. The sausage I don't know what that was made of but it tasted weird and was undercooked. Ham was good. The pancakes were decent but the French toast was just very mushy and had no flavor. Coffee was good but water was definitely tap not filtered. Over all we spent $48.48 for breakfast. My rating 2 out of 10. Mr rosewood wins all day every day. It was my bad for being lazy and stopping here.

Thought we'd give this location another try after reporting a few years ago (2 years pre-CoVid), of the dirty smell, an employee cleaning the vent while we were eating & dust falling onto our food.Feb. 5th, 2023. The 1st set of coffee mugs (the host brought to us) 1 mug had stained lipstick, the other was obviously used and unwashed). The next 2 mugs chipped. FOOD: was NOT hot/warm, which lead us to believe our plates were sitting on the counter to be brought to us for a while, the toast was cold because the butter did not melt, it was VOLD!!!CLEANLINESS: I get it, it's a restaurant, but the amount of dust and bits of trash is unacceptable. The Utensils still had dried food on it, and the plate that had the toast on it had dried jelly on it. HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD INSPECT THIS LOCATION MORE OFTEN.

Ordered to go and waited 45+ minutes. Got a menudo and a breakfast plate, eggs bacon and pancakes. Got home and they didn't give me the pancakes. The 2 stars are for the menudo because that was good. Really wanted to like this place since I live 5 minutes away. Very disappointed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Me and my significant other went here on Saturday 1/21/23. We waited for about 10 minutes before someone came to seat us. Once the waitress came and gave us our coffee, she disappeared, we didn't see her for about another 20 minutes. She finally came back to our table to take our order. We ordered eggs, bacon and country potatoes. I had to send the bacon back because it was almost raw, the eggs, were disgusting and the potatoes were hard as a brick and cold. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
