On November 27th 2021 at 1:15pm felt like something sweet walked up to the ice cream shop to order. The girl behind the counter was right in front of me but looking through me as if I wasn't there... I waited a minute or so and said hello. She looked at me said "hello" an then looked away again... I walked away and got something else.

I came to this location to get a crepe that I have been craving and to see how this lady makes them with no gloves made my stomach sick!!! n to top it off while making it shes on her phone touching it and touching her nose. Once she finishes it she goes n touches the crepe with one hand while with the one she has spatula and right away I asked her why she doesn't wear gloves and she still gave me an attitude and said "I didn't touch it" when I just saw her smdh and from there her first response was I can give you your money back! Like really!

I am very picky with my ice cream and this ice cream is one of best ones I've had. I also go here for the crepes ! The Nutella with strawberries is the best ! Prices are the best compared to the other stores in the mall. And the customer service here is amazing ! The young lady with the big smile is the nicest and makes the best crepes ! Here name is Paulina. I recommend this place for your sweet tooth!

This place has been around for a couple of years and they never disappoint. The owners are always there and work hard to make sure you're happy. The ice cream is addicting and the price point is great too. I would definitely recommend stopping by and trying them out. They have crepes too!

Mmmmm yum yum AND cute ice creams. Their coffee isn't so bad either. They can get a bit of a crowd during peak times but they work fast. Recommend it!

A hidden gem in the Lakewood Mall! Delicious soft serve with a generous portion, super friendly personnel, family owned and great pricing! Some of the best soft serve I've had around.
So I decided to give this place a try for the first time today it's pretty good but if your very picky in ice cream I don't know what to tell you. I love any kind of ice cream that's all I can say. I got myself the chocolate cone with vanilla ice cream which was $3.75. I recommend if you'd like to know. It is inside Lakewood mall. Just give them a try.

Went today I was craving a Crepe saw this stand on the way out of the mall,Ordered one with just strawberries,bananas and Nutella.They did not have a full line or many customers at all at the time.It took about 20+ minutes for my Crepe to finally be done, I was standing there the whole time waiting,the ones attending the customers were what appeared to be 2 teenagers one male and female the female was extremely slow lacked skills in the area and wasn't helpful after about 15 minutes of waiting my mom decided to go see what was up with the long waiting and come to find out she BARELY started making my order! I was super annoyed I wanted my money back,but she insisted it would be done soon. If you want something other than ice cream don't go here a simple task will take an extra 20 minutes for something that should take half of what it did.I also noticed she was NOT wearing any gloves while grabbing strawberries for someone else's order and placing them onto a Crepe. Don't recommend

Best non dairy ice cream ever! Very smooth and exquisite. Tried the chocolate and strawberry. If you're lactose intolerant this will not make your tummy turn nor feel upset. The owners are very nice people they also have crepes on their menu that I've yet to try, yum!
