I recently placed a catering order over the phone & I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding customer service experience. Bryce was exceptionally helpful & patient as well as accommodating! Additionally the day my order was set for pick up, I received a call from a different employee (I did not catch his name) stating the oven was malfunctioning and my order would not be ready on time. Best location in the area, from the time I walked in Bryce, Jeremiah, & Dontell were very professional and gave a once in a lifetime experience! As far as the food, the sandwiches we got looked exactly as advertised and they were VERY fresh. Overall 10/10 experience, I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone that I come across! Go visit and give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!

Thursday June 15th was my 1st day I stepped in "Jimmy John's" & it was a great experience from entering till leaving. I was greeted with a smile & I felt so welcomed at "Jimmy John's".
