First time trying the Sando combo chicken sandwich with cajun fries. The portion was large and the service was fast.The fries were well-seasoned, and the chicken was just ok. Will I order the Sando combo again? It was a bit too pricey, so probably not. Will I try this place again? Maybe.

On a hot September day, a cold light beer for 99 cents sounded great. Amongst all the menu items, a chicken sandwich combo sounded like the perfect litmus test for Legend Hot Chicken.Chicken sandwich (buljjambong - smoky & spicy)Solid chicken sandwich. The buljjambong was more smoky, than spicy. The chicken tenders were moist, tender & coated well. The coleslaw was bright & crunchy. Unfortunately, the mac & cheese was more mac w/ a teeny tiny bit of cheese.Service was good. The cashier was friendly & hospitable. The wait was within reason, as Legend Hot Chicken cooks their chicken per order. A good amount of seating inside, Legend Hot chicken is located adjacent to Wienerschnitzel . For customer's enjoyment, Legend Hot Chicken has an arcade/game console emulator to play. As someone who hasn't played video games in many years, my disdain for joysticks still remains to this day. Directional pads for life!Legend Hot Chicken does solid chicken. Having Happy Hour & bottle beer promos are enticements that are hard to pass up. While not impressed with their mac & cheese, Legend serves great chicken, and I'm looking forward to coming back.

I came here around the afternoon I ate with my mother and ordere some lemon pepper wings , a sandwich and some Mac and cheese to go for my father to eat once he came home from work so up until night I warmed up his food and the Mac and cheese smelled and tasted like it's gone bad ,as well as the chicken it tasted disgusting like it was old , this upsets me because my dad had a long day at work and was hungry the last thing I'd want was nasty ass old food for him to end his day

The chicken was raw.....the fries were cold.....AVOID THIS LEGENDS.Update to owner: we ordered two samplers. We usually visit a different legends but was closed today. So we had to visit this particular chain and did not like the food. The French fries were both cold, they forgot our Cajun seasoning on our fries and the chicken tasted different/was not cooked correctly. The drums were too pink and tasted a bit raw, I'm sure this was a slip up but I will definitely avoid this location.

Update: with smaller portions, higher prices, and generally cold food - stay far away.Excellent chicken when they get it right, but inconsistency often leads to even phoned in orders being 15-20 minutes late, cold, or otherwise badly prepared.

Oh Legend Chicken how I love you guys! Thank you for existing and making the best chicken tenders in the game! The size, quality, crispiness and perfect batter recipe . . . chefs kiss! Love your traditional tenders mild with no sauce even though all your sauces are unique and delicious! Love that when i am waiting for my order I get to play a few rounds of video games for free :) Oh and your beer specials for all my beer drinkers! Cheers to that!

My first time trying this place and it was so good. I found it through the upside app where you get cash back so figured I'd try it. I had the Sando chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The sandwich was so big and juicy, it was a lot. Kind of pricey though. Service was good, wait wasn't long at all and I ordered to go. They have a Pac-Man game you could play while you wait for your food, I thought that was pretty cool.

This place used to be 5 stars back when it opened. Now they are super stingy with everything. A basic sandwich with two undersized chicken tenders on a huge piece of bread is almost $14 by itself after tax. On top of that they routinely quote 20-30 minute wait times even when the place is dead slow. The fries here are good but overall this place went downhill 2021-Present. EDIT- I can live with the wait for freshly prepared food based on owners comment but two small tenders on a massive bun is terrible for $13.50. The place is clean and well kept I do give them credit for that.
For ONE sandwich meal that's almost $20 you're better off going to Popeyes.That being said the sandwich was good just not amazing.Also,pretty sure the soda I got charged isn't "16 oz"

This place is gross. I watched the chef walk in, cook food, have a beer, then get in his car and drive away. The food was bad and very expensive. But at least it was very slow and the bathroom was filthy.

This particular LHC is the BEST. LAKEWOODThey "accidentally" made a mistake. It's the 1st one since I've ever ordered. They follow up, take RESPONSIBILITY without a doubt and to ME.. This is the way WE should ALL strive to be that makes it PRICELESS (imo) Door Dash brings it and it's still Piping Hot and worth EVERY dime. I like to add the awesome Angela for being so kind. Great job LHC PER USUAL

I got the chicken sandwich combo with HOT flavor and Cajun fries. I gotta say I wasn't expecting that... some heat not bad where you can't eat it but just how a spicy chicken should be... the lady was super friendly in helping me decide what to get and what heat level ... place was clean .. I like the tables and the condiments they offer I will definitely be back ....
