I just love Panda Express! Whenever I do not want to cook I always go to Panda Express. However, I am not happy that they stopped offering eggplant and tofu as one of their options. That was my number one choice, but now I have to call each Panda Express to see if the eggplant and tofu is offered. The majority of my Asian friends do not like Panda Express because they argue it is not authentic enough. Well, I disagree and I am Asian. It is hard to beat the unique taste of their orange chicken. In fact, my grandkids love to go there.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Manager (Juan R) greets us with the most bitchy attitude, he looks so annoyed serving us and makes sarcastic comments mocking my mom for saying "this one" instead of her saying the actual name of the food. This dude needs to be humble, I don't even know how he became a manager. I would give them 0 stars if iI could. What a f****** joke

It's sad that during these times there are people so insensitive. My wife just called crying because an employee at panda called our autistic son annoying after waiting in line for the employees to finish there conversation instead of servicing customers. I will never spend any money at any panda location.

Absolute Trash. I use to like Panda & maybe other locations are better. This entire meal was not edible. Mushy, Cold, tasteless. Who eats this? Crossed off my list forever.

So instead of giving you an actual plate for a one entree plate with two sides they give you a bowl. They really charging ten dollars for a tiny bowl. Just go to the teriyaki place across the way and get a plate for 8.99

This review is for the Lakewood Mall location. I made a phone order and when I arrived at the restaurant for pick up, I was told they were out of the ingredients needed to fulfill the order. They had to cancel the order and assured me that my credit card would not be charged. My card was however, charged and my attempts to get them to remove the charge was unsuccessful despite several calls to the restaurant and e-mails to their corporate location. I ultimately stopped payment with my credit card issuer. Will not be returning.

I will start with the service is good. However, I spend $25 for 2 lunches and guests are not allowed to use the restroom. This is not a Covid thing, this is a we don't want to maintain a restroom, so guests can't use thing. Second, while in the restaurant, homeless are very disruptive asking for money and coughing. They will actually sit at you table. Management has not been trained on de-escalation or dining managment. I will not be returning-

The only panda place or bejing beef that give us full serving. Satisfied because of how long we eat panda this is the only one time that we have it full. Plus not saggy and so crispy. Thanks to the cooks.
