Excellent food! I was told the restaurant was sold ... very sad because the owner/chef was very flexible and accommodating on top of being a good chef. I hope whoever takes over does it justice ... please keep the garlic noodles with beef (and the green sauce)!

I've had this place a few different times, both through delivery options and in-person. I must say the quality is fairly consistent whether you are dining in or getting it delivered. This is a legit ma and pa shop as the owner/cook/cashier/waiter/busser were all the same person. He's very straightforward and will recommend dishes to you if this is your first time here. I recommend the Filet Mignon pho and the Beef rib pho. It is a smaller place, so be patient if it's busy, or understand that it's a smaller place and that makes it a bit more cozy for you to enjoy your meal.

Great place! The broth was very tasty and not oily at all. We've tried the Filet Mignon pho, Chicken pho, and Brisket with beef ribs...all excellent! Please be kind and patient, service can be slow but it's worth the wait:)

Can't believe these reviews are about the same place!?. It was after 2 pm so i was really hungry and ate the whole thing. I hope I don't get sick later on. I ordered the padviet. The noodles part was decent but the little pieces of chicken and beef were very dry. Even the shrimp did not taste good. We were the only people in there. I can see why. We sat at the table by the door, he stood at the register to take our order. I had to yell my order to him. Weird. Then when we're ready to leave he was going out the door. (He was the only person there) i asked him for the check and he needed us to go to the register. BTW he was never masked. Cooked our meal without a mask on! After we got our meal he continued cooking (? No one else in restaurant), and sneezed several times. Needless to say, we will not return there.

Great food, excellent service. Prices are good for the quality/amount of food you receive. The owner is wonderful, he does not try to upsell and get you to buy more than you will eat. In fact, I was going to order a larger size of an item and he told me to order the smaller size because he said the other would be too much for me to eat. (He was right). Will definitely be back!

I love the food at Soupase. Everything is made to order, so it's always nice and hot. Lomo Saltado is delicious also the Garlic noodles. You won't be disappointed. It's very simple inside nothing fancy.

It was my second time eating here but first time trying their pho. I ordered the meaty beef rib pho with brisket and it was delicious. I like how they offered chili oil as well. The older gentleman was the only one working (maybe because I walked in an hour before closing) but he was very attentive and welcoming. He even gave me fried wontons on the house :) I will continue to come back and eat here!

We got the filet minion. Broth & noodles were delicious. We got ours to go and the food still tasted fresh when we got home. We recommend this place and will keep going back. So happy to find a great tasting pho place especially in the Long Beach/Lakewood area.
Food was excellent, had 2 different types of Pho both unique & delicious! Also ordered egg rolls they were great. Will be back for sure! Customer service was awesome, impressive 1 man show right now!

This is my favorite dish here at Soupase! The owner cooks everything himself and it is fresh! The Crispy Chow Mien has a East Coast Egg Food Young taste to it for me, so it is my go to! If you are looking for authentic home cooked amazing food, this is your place.

My fellow Yelpers you have steered me wrong. All those stars?! Wife and I each ordered the pho - one with filet and one with oxtail. Filet itself was good - very tender. But the oxtail was really fatty. More than that, the broth was plain disappointing. No depth going on here. What is pho without depth of broth?? Really just a bit of flavored water. There are enough good pho places out there with legit 4 and 5 stars my fellow Yelpers....maybe it's time to explore!
