I ordered for online pick up and I ordered a cold cuts combo and when I got to work to eat it it was only bologna and when i called she hung up on me and when I did get a hold of them and asked what was on the cold cuts sandwich she said only bologna and according to the website it salami ham and bologna

This is by far the worst Subway location I have ever been to. Today, the person making my sandwiches made several mistakes as she was preparing them, then neither she nor the other employee on duty could figure out how to apply my coupon. I had to leave without my food. I will not be back.

There was a fly on the bread and I asked the lady with black hair could she exchange it and she grabs the bread and throws it back in the baking oven which is very NASTY and not fair to others but on the other hand the lady with red hair was a very nice person and greeted me when I came in and left

Just got sandwich there. Terrible. Two very small pieces of tomato on a six inch, stale, dry, bread. I even asked for s&p, Vinegar and oil - could not taste it at all. The male that did them today, April 11, 2023, around 12pm, coach him better. It was extremely terrible. And its a basic turkey sandwich, so simple. Such a waste of my lunch time.

I was picking up some dinner for my family and online it said this location was open. I went to the front door where a worker there was cleaning but the door was locked. The poster on the window also said it closed at 9pm. I was just trying to get his attention to ask him if he could tell his boss or something to change it because they can get in trouble for that. He was extremely rude told me he didn’t care and shut the door in my face. I was just trying to be kind but that rude encounter was uncalled for.

3 stars because this is the 3rd time it's happened and the 3rd time I caught it. If you do mobile order and get a series sandwich that has avocado on it already. they don't put avocado on it. Why you ask? Because the employee only reads the veggies off the paper receipt and it doesn't mention avocado. Please make sure your employees know the series sandwiches and there ingredients. Thanks

Today the white bread was sooo hard I thought I was going to break my teeth. What ever happened to Subway cooking their own bread? And we tipped the girl almost 5 bucks. That's the first time I've tried white bread in years and that will certainly be the last time. But this is not the first time I've had issues with this subway on the Del Amo and Paul Verde.

The other day we decided to get a sandwich at this location because they used to be one of the few better locations. Well, the bread was so tuff...like it was old!!! In all the years I've eaten sandwiches at subway, I've never had a stale, hard/tuff bread like the one we got here! We used to eat at subway so much people would give us gift cards. Never going back!!! If they keep giving stale bread like this, who's even going to want to go there anymore? There are so many other choices! Better yet, probably cheaper to make your own at home.

Went in for the free subway promotion on 7/12. For the 12 new subway sandwiches. Promotion had ended already but Sarah and Alma were very pleasant helpful and courteous. I will be back to this particular establishment because of the warm and friendly customer service. I recommend this location very much. Kudos to these ladies on their excellent customer service.

I've never understood how people can say subway sucks, especially considering the fact that you are the one making the sandwich. Yeah you can say it's the quality of the ingredients but that's why you gotta experiment. Now more specifically about this location the "sandwich artist" are always friendly and I've never had a problem there. Whether placing my order ahead of time or whilst I'm on site. The parking lot is a bit on the smaller especially considering the amount of business on site but I've yet to have a problem. Overall another consistent fast food place.

This is a message to the owner who definitely sees these negative reviews. PLEASE work with your employees and tell them that to at least say something to the customer. I walked in and the lady (11am) didn't say a word to me. She looked perturbed that she was in the middle of making an online order sandwich and I had walked in. Didn't say anything as I was standing there watching her. She stopped and kept her silence and finally said,, "are you ordering?" WELL LADY, if you would've just looked at me and asked I would've ordered. She's definitely not pleased to work there. I was still polite despite the rudeness and didn't make mention of anything. Please review the cameras and you can see the interaction. RUDE.

also got caught up in the we dont accept subway coupons bait and switch. I am not happy as they ripped me off.

store does not accept subway coupons and they don't tell you this until after they have finished your order and you are trying to use coupon to pay. This company now lives off of bait and switch techniques. Plus the cheapest foot long is now $9 and most are $11. I wish I hadread Frank S. Review before I went to this store.
