I went here during weekday lunch and it was busy. It seems like they were busier than usual or short staffed. I successfully ordered my first item without dairy, but they must have not heard the second item's customizations and included sour cream. Pulled up and ordered a beef burrito and a taco for my husband! Was able to quickly get to the window to pay almost immediately. I no sooner paid and they were handing me the food I ordered in a bag! He even asked if I wanted melted cheese or grated. My husband was totally satisfied!
