We followed up twice and they said they were already working on it. Our server said, "The kitchen is behind", and yet the 3 tables that came later than us already received their orders and we looked up and saw ours just sitting on top waiting to be delivered to our table. We were served cold food and a bullsht excuse. This place deserves no stars. Horrible service and management.

Dennys has been a family staple since i was young. My boyfriend and I ordered their late night burgers which I didn't realize was it on separate menu! The food was hot and delicious. although we did not dine in so could not comment on the service for the restaurant we ordered Uber eats and was not disappointed in how quickly everything arrived and how fresh it was. I've picked up at the Senny on several different occasions and the environment is always hustle and bustle with lots of different families coming together to consume food. Will definitely be back this is a staple

Man, I'd like to think that Denny's would treat their customers better. We arrived early for a flight so decided to grab breakfast. We were seated pretty quickly. That was good. The server provided drinks and then we were forgotten about. We were given menus in which we selected our food pretty quickly. Multiple servers and worker kept looking in our direction and the lady who was assigned to us just ran her mouth with other workers never looked our way. A gentleman looked and then said something to her after about 15 minutes. At this point I'm boiling... she finally comes over and takes our order. I mean if you don't like your job, quit.. we are not rude people nor do I like to write bad reviews. I aim to include the good and bad to help improve your business. I'm just one person though. I decided to give the guy who was attentive the tip. You don't have to like people.. but it doesn't cost you anything to be kind. Poor service destroys everything.

My family and I arrived here for breakfast and coffee before our trip to The Aquarium. I had been here a few times before my Yelp days so this review is a little delayed. Nonetheless, all my visits here have been excellent. We started our day with coffee, chocolate milk, orange juice and regular milk. My favorite part of course was the coffee. I'm not sure what brand of coffee they use here but it was very flavorful. Our food arrived fresh, hot, plated well and put a smile on our faces. I'm not a big breakfast eater but I still got a breakfast dish with pancakes. Everything was good, well prepared and kept us happy and energized for our day. Restaurant was clean and the waitress and staff were very nice. Thank you!

Let the picture speaks for itself. We ask for well-done T-bone came out rare. We asked for med-rare sirloin and first time it came out extremely well done. 2nd time, came out extremely undercooked. Manager laughed at the situation and didn't want to admit that he's the manager when we asked him if we was the manager. When we were leaving to our car, that same guy who said he was not the manager went to the back office and creepily watched us through the window as we were getting into the car.

This is my favorite Denny's, been coming here for decades. All their food is good, I usually like the breakfast hotplate that comes with taters, cheese, chroizo, and veggies on a hotplate with eggs on top. Moon over my hammy is delicious too. I like getting their root beer floats or milkshakes, strawberry is my favorite.

It was ass the lady who told us to take a seat just asked how many then pointed at a table then she never came to us again she was either eating or drinking water than right as we got up they where like we will be with us but like 20 to 45 mins and we never got asked about drinks or anything

First time I've ever had a bad experience at dennys Ordered breakfast with everything hash browns, hash browns came drenched in gravy. Got it re made and my hash browns came back undercooked. Wife got the fried chicken dinner chicken was not cooked thoroughly and veggies were stiff as a board the cook did not do his best today, the best experience here was the server unfortunately

i've been to different dennys and this is the best one! not sure why it has 3 stars. service, food everything was great! always checking if we were ok and refilling our coffee. the manager is doing an awesome job! coming back for sure

For the most part, I would always leave a good review but this has to be said. This Dennys has been the worst restaurant I have visited. First because the waiter took 15 minutes to take our orders but the funny thing is that in the restaurant there was barely 2 customers. Another thing that left me shocked was that I had ordered pancakes and since I had a clear view of kitchen, with my own eyes I saw that some of the toppings fell on the dirty counter and she still put it back into my food. The name of my server is Liliana, and I don't think she really deserves to treat customer like that. This had to be said, and I hope they make better changes because it's unacceptable to be treated like that when we technically have to pay for the food!

I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm in shock, I've been to many Denny's but service was completely trash. It took the waiter 25-30 minutes to take my order and it wasn't packed unbelievably. I recommend saving your trip and getting jack in the box or any other place.

If you've been to one Denny's you've been to them all. Nothing special stands out. Service was good, nothing spectacular. Food was good. Didn't get anything hard to make. An order of hashbrowns, crispy on top. Scrambled eggs with cheese & onions with bacon.
