Never received my order. When I called they wanted me to call the delivery company but they didn't know who the delivery company was. They wanted me to call corporate and they would make it good.

Restrooms are really clean and so are tables except when there's kids with mothers who don't teach them to pick up after themselves and then make a whole lot of mess and think its funny and cute. So next person to sit on that table don't know it's dirty and full of grease

I used to enjoy Wienerschnitzel enough that if I had written this review pre-COVID, I would have given 3 stars, but COVID seems to have zapped the life out of this location. Some years ago, Wienerschnitzel's Chili Cheese Fries were my guilty pleasure. There was something about them that made me crave them on a weekly basis, at least when there were coupons mailed to me. Gone are the days when I'd see these paper coupons, but I did sign up for the Wiener Lovers' Club, where you can get some offers from time to time that might intrigue others, but fail to entice me. You can also see their coupons online, but with this inflation thing going on, it's hard to make a case for return visits, especially without a formal rewards program. This Wienerschnitzel is located on the northwest corner of Woodruff and Carson. If you see career centers for four branches of the military, it's in that immediate vicinity. Location wise, I can see it as a good lunch spot for them, but with Legend Hot Chicken opening recently, I would highly recommend paying more for a much better quality Nashville Hot Chicken Sando. Food used to be alright, but seems to be dwindling in quality. About three years ago, I tried the Thousand Island Chili Cheese Fries, which I'm guessing was supposed to mimic In N Out's animal style fries? If it did, it definitely lost that battle with limpy fries and the lack of actual chili on the fries. A year later, I had an offer for a free regular size Chili Cheese Fries with any purchase. The offer could only be used for online orders. Since Wienerschnitzel offered sauces on the side for fractions of a dollar bill, I purchased a side of cheddar cheese sauce to qualify for the free Chili Cheese Fries. As I mentioned before, they used to be my guilty pleasure, but even with the cheddar cheese sauce, these fries were inferior than their counterpart of years past. I've tried their corn dogs too, and they're just your ordinary corn dogs. Nothing else to say, except I did have one that was pretty close to burnt. Given what I said about the decline in quality of the Chili Cheese Fries, I guess I shouldn't be surprised at that. Service has dwindled as well. On my last visit, when I went to claim my free chili dog as part of my Wiener Lovers' Club anniversary, they looked to be understaffed, and there were only 1 or 2 other customers inside at the time. The cashier didn't want to be working that evening, and she had a little difficulty scanning my QR code. The wait for my chili dog was a little long as well. I would have guessed they'd take a hot dog out of a warmer, place it on a bun, top it off with chili, and that'd be it. Maybe their process was more involved like a Rube Goldberg machine, but come on, if you want more downtime for yourself, you could at least hustle! When my chili dog was ready, the cashier handed me my order with barely any words to say. The chili dog wasn't bad, but disappointing in that they skimped on the chili! Again! Am I sensing a theme here?! My last visit alone would have earned 1 star, but I'm giving a second because of my previous visits. They also do have a drive thru, but given how slow they've been lately, I'd only recommend that option if you don't see any other cars in line.

The food here is exceptionally okay. The corn dogs were the typical run-of-the-mill and the chili cheese fries taste somewhat greasy with the plain fries. No questions for service, but the ambiance is kinda a bit loud for me

Zero stars if I can!! I went inside for the first time and the cashier, a taller older lady with black hair, was so rude. I asked for a water cup but a large and I'd pay for the cup and she saids "this is a big cup but whatever" and then I changed my mind since I seen how small the water jug is and I asked if I I can get water instead and she goes it's suppose to be for water. Once my food was ready all she said was ketchup or mustard... there's about 10 people in the entire restaurant.. I decided to call about my experience and when I asked for the manager and told her about she saids hold on and tells the lady I'm complaining on her. Don't come here! Better off going to the restaurant Dicks you'll get the same treatment!!

Ordered a couple of ice cream cones a couple of hours before closing. They tell me no cones they are cleaning the ice cream machine. Who cleans the ice cream machine while they are still open? This should be done after closing. The employees are just trying to go home early, laziness is the motto of this new generation. Had to drive to mcdonalds to get a cone. Not sure how weinerschnitzel can afford to lose customers over something like this.
Update - 11/6/23 Way overrated. Here's what happened. Arrived they said order not ready so I waited. Total of 15 minutes. They ignored customers. They gave my order to somebody else who happened to pull food out of my bag smh. Still waiting on my order they stare at me and laugh and talk to each other knowing I'm waiting. I was the only one left and I see my order ready and I had enough and I asked about it since they keep walking away from my order and I was told to wait some more. Finally I got there attention and asked and they said oh here you go. SMH. They are slow inefficient and rude to customers. They need an overhaul of new workers and management. This place needs change immediately.

The service at this place was nice and impressively fast. They are well-known for their chili, which is almost on all their items. I would highly recommend getting the chili on the side, as it has a tendency to dominate the flavor of whatever you're ordering. On my recent visit, I ordered the chili fries with bacon, ranch, and cheese. I also asked them to add some grilled onions to the mix. The combination was super tasty, even though I did forget to request the chili on the side, which did take over the overall flavor. I got the large size of fries, and they were pretty generous with all the components, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was able to coat the fries quite nicely. Not like other spots where there's only enough toppings for the first layer of the fries. I also would recommend trying their ice cream which is also super good. They have $3 deals every day that rotate, making it budget-friendly. For those who prefer to dine in, there's plenty of seating inside and you won't have to worry about finding a spot, thanks to the spacious parking lot.
