Order was for a combo, chicken with beef, vegetables and white rice. I got just beef, rice, no vegetables and no chicken!!!Got home, opened my order and discovered the above mentioned issue.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!It was late and everything was closed so we literally had no other choice and my God I wish we would've ate earlier. The meal was cheap and for a good reason because it was premade and disgusting. The udon noodles were horrible, the salmon was dry and the chicken was chewy. I will gladly not step foot in this place again. (Man I hate leaving bad reviews)

Only go here if you enjoy being ripped off. The portions of meat are ridiculously small, no matter how large of a size you get. It's my theory that Yoshinoya only introduced the XL bowl to their menu so they could disguise the fact that they were downsizing every other size. But the "XL Bowl" is just what the large used to be. Good way for them to charge more money for less. Never going back.

Rather well managed, especially this young man, Raul, accommodating and attentive, complementing my high protein and low carb request, topping it off, offered me extra veggies, as a surprise; the end result, came out presentable too, clean and neat, from a well maintained grill.

Slower than molasses service. They got one person working in the front, a guy looking very unhappy. Does not greet nor acknowledge customers. He was making drinks again looking miserably unhappy didn't even look up once. I stood there for about 5 minutes patiently waiting to order. After he took my order, I noticed the lady working in the back counter taking someone's else premade meal and removed 3-4 pieces of chicken she then puts it in my order ... since I intend to feed my dog the chicken and plain rice, which is why I came in, I said nothing.

I spoke with the cashier and submitted my to-go order. I requested no onions, beef broth on the side and added udon noodles. Pretty much the way I order every time.I waited for my meal for a short period of time and was on my way. I was excited to get back to my spot to share with my sweetheart and came to find out they forgot the rice and udon noodles. Bummer! I had to go back to get the missing items, rice was available and apparently they were out of udon noodles. A little disappointed as I paid extra for them. I wasn't even offered warm beef as my food was now getting cold. I was offered to come back the next day if I wanted the noodles. Pass. It wasn't a complicated order and if there wasn't any udon left, I should've been advised at the time of order. My overall experience was not up to par at this location. I also feel the portion for veggies was really small and was half full on the container. Not as promising as other locations.
