My sister lives in Palmdale and when we come visit her, it is a MUST to stop at this cafe. There is a little bit of everything on the menu, sweet, savory, they have it all. Simple ideas yet flavorful. Today we had the cinnamon roll pancakes, chicken quesadilla, and breakfast quesadilla. This spot never fails! Prices are consistent and staff is attentive. Tons of seating, we have never had to wait for a table.

Had the misfortune of coming to the A.M. Café today, Easter Sunday, for brunch. Never Again! I swear, Stupidity Reigns Surpreme! Ordered the Farm Hand Special, speciality pancakes ordered were the Strawberry, Banana pancakes. Rest of order came and waitress said she would be right back with the French Toast and Strawberry Banana pancakes. We wait. And we Wait. AND WE WAIT!! Finally got someone's attention and asked when rest of meal was coming? Was told, 'we are out of bananas, so we sent someone to buy bananas!' WHAT? Instead of letting us know 'No bananas' could we change our order, or would you rather sit for 35 minutes or more, while we go grocery shopping AND the rest of your meal solidifies in grease? Then, manager STILL wants to charge for what we ordered, NOT WHAT WE GOT! HORRIBLE!

Great size portions.They have great coffee, so good .The servers here are so sweet and attentive.Love coming back each time.If you haven’t tried this place and are not of coming, give it a try. A wonderful breakfast experience. There are so many choices of tasty breakfast food such as the carrot cake pancakes, fruit crepes, etc. Check out the menu. I had the apple pie crumble French toast. You can find this cafe on 10th west in Lancaster. Parking is plentiful.

There are at least 2 roosters on every wall - whether it's a painting or a sculpture and I love that. So country restaurant vibe. Also their menu is huge, so many pancake and French toast options. I'm a classic, savory breakfast kinda person though, and holy mother their Garden Benedict is so good. Grilled tomato, sauteed mushrooms, fresh spinach, and consistently good hollandaise.Tbh I haven't tried much else to report on. Had one bite of the pineapple pancake and it was not as sweet as I expected and also very good.

Decided to have breakfast here last minute with my husband and kids. Below average is an understatement. None of the food had flavor. The home fries were dry and plain. The steak was dry and flavorless. The strawberries on the pancakes were not even fresh. They were frozen. Don’t waste your time or money. Spent over $60 for disgusting food.
