For the main location and area of people (if that makes sense) it's pretty good. I would say the bowling part is better in Palmdale and customer service is WAY BETTER in Palmdale. The only thing that really beats in Lancaster is the arcade. I can admit the games are better and actually work. But I can do w/o the rude employees giving faces and attitude because they don't do their job in the first place.

Bowlero is a fun place to go to for groups there were 16 of us in my family for a birthday party and we got two lines and it worked out perfectly! The food was blah but it worked out for something to snack on while we were there! Played good music and loved the night laser effect a lot of fun and we cannot wait to go back!

A couple of the bowling lanes were messed up and it took them 10 times to reset our lane before they moved us to a new lane. I think their system just needs to be updated
I will be going back there in the future. Me and my Family had soo much fun.

When I went there was tournament happening. I was not able to bowl. They have a pool table section with about 15 tables. That was a good alternative. They also have an arcade. That would have also been something else to do. Overall I liked the environment. It’s a nice place to hang out in the AV for the entire family. Next time I’ll just make sure to check the calendar if there’s any event happening.
