Overall it was ok. It took about 15 minutes to be sat from our reservation time, the server came over took our drink order and we received drinks 20 minutes later. The food was quick once we were able to order. The good: The drinks were extremely good. I recommend the crab cakes and filet. The bad: The $77 “Australian wagu” was extremely tough (pictured) medium rare was the expectation. I would definitely pass on this for $77 it should not have been so chewy. The filet which was $50 was more tender and flavorful. The Mac and cheese was so dry and tasted more like buttered noodles and the brussell sprouts were soggy (both pictured below)We paid over 200 for the meal for 2.

We came here for dinner on my birthday a week ago. We made reservations online. The host that greeted us was nice, and the ambiance was pleasant. Our waitress Kim was very sweet and so informative with the entire menu and ingredients. From food to the drinks, she gave us great suggestions and recommendations on the menu. She was very attentive. We had a great time and the service was wonderful.I ordered the aged Prime steak and my husband ordered the Ribeye steak. Both steaks were great. Everything we ordered was and tasted authentically fresh.I loved the seasonal crunchy vegetables, and the mashed potatoes were great as well.Everything we ordered was shareable, generous portions. We also order the onion fries and enjoyed them with their very own sauces.I enjoyed the Jalapeño Martinis.Looking forward to coming back to try the Tomahawk steaks..

The service was incredible. We haven't been to this restaurant in years because we moved out of state. We came back for work, and had to stop in. Our table was ready immediately due to our reservation. The food was exceptional. Everything had so much flavor.

We were seated in 5 minutes, had our appetizer in 10 minutes, had our food in 30 minutes, and have our dessert in 40 minutes. We finish eating within one hour with great service and the best tasting food we have ever had. Highly recommend the whiskey, pork chop, and the ribeye. We also loved the bourbon ice cream with caramel and bacon on top and the drinks were amazing.

As always, fantastic service presentation and flavor! We love Broken Bit! I changed it up from the Whiskey Pork chop to the poblano pepper and wow! It was also fantastic! Dessert was a chocolate mousse box and two on the plate. Had to bring boxes home. Very good all around!

We visited the Broken Bit via a recommendation from a friend, therefore we had no expectations. What we found was a hidden gem! We are known to travel far distances for a good wagyu steak and will pay a premium if needed. Little did we know that within a short drive, our search turned up such quality steak. Our server, Tammy, was head and shoulders above average! Always attentive yet not intrusive, which is a lost art these days! Overall, we rate our The Broken Bit experience to be world class and well worth the cost and time. Highlights of the visit were the poblano cheese grits, the 30 day Dry Aged Prime New York Strip, and by far, Tammy's professionalism and great table side manner!

My husband and I went for an early Valentine's Day dinner. We made reservations and they took us shortly after arriving. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was that my steak had a LOT of fat on it. Unfortunately I had to spit a lot of it out. For the prices you pay here, I would expect a better cut of steak. I didn't want to complain or be that customer. I know our server seen the side plate I had with all the fat from my meal and would have thought she would have at least asked how my meal was. This wasn't the case so I just didn't say anything at all and tried to eat what I could. On the other hand, I'd recommend the pork chops that my husband got. The pork chop was great and didn't have any fat or chewy parts! Next time I'll stick to that instead of taking my chances with the steak.

One of the best places to grab a bite to eat in the antelope valley. It is pricey if you are expecting outback prices this is not the place for you. That said you will have a much better cut of meat/steak or other options than those type of places. Def. Recommend The Bit for a good place to eat if you are in town.

Went for our anniversary and I don't think we will ever return. The food was so very disappointing, very basic, overcooked, under seasoned ,unsalted, no complimentary bread and butter, sides were cold. We were offered a dessert that took 20 minutes to cook for $21 which we declined, but we watched another table get theirs and it was not big enough to share. It was an individual portion with a side of ice cream. Nothing special and definitely not worth $21, Glad we didn't order it. We did however get a free complimentary Anniversary small scoop of half melted ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate sauce on it (looked pretty) but nothing special, they could've done so much better. I ordered the ribeye, but it had NO seasoning whatsoever and was not even salted prior to cooking.. WHAT!!!! Black Angus do a better steak ....SMH now that's a shame... Macaroni and cheese was tasteless and the macaroni was overcooked. I can think of 20 other restaurants that do a way way better mac and cheese. Brussels sprouts were way too sweet... Garlic mash potato was too puréed but maybe it did have some salt in it ... Oh and did I mention my Ribeye Steak was char/burnt all down one side... Very disappointed in this restaurant : ((we shall NOT return here. Ambience was nice, definitely a place for drinks, great outside patio. Tables w/fire pits. Turn your heat up inside your restaurant!! Definitely not warm enough inside to take off your coat and noticed others eating in their coats and jackets. This restaurant should take off the Bit and just be Broken. Find yourself another chef...Chef is loosing your Business Waitress was attentive and pleasant. I had waited a while to try this place :(
