Janeth the employee working the drive-thru window is the one of the worst fast food employees I’ve encountered. Unfriendly and seems to lack customer service. After just handing me my food and closing the window, I checked my order and when I saw I was missing items which I had paid for, she just grabbed my food and took it. on her way to correct my order she was stopped by an older heavy set Hispanic co-worker with glasses who asked her what happened. Janeth told her what happened they both shook their heads and rolled their eyes. I understand you want to go back to chit chatting with your friend, but I only asked for what I paid for and next time make sure you close the window if you’re going to talk about your customers.

Terrible location, have no clue how to use the app. Tried to redeem T-Mobile Tuesday and they couldn't help me in store. I finally figured it out and ordered. They couldn't cancel or refund my order. Only option was a $5 credit for next time... They were out of cake, shakes and lemonade. Never going back to burger king ever again especially this location.

I had an absolutely tasty whopper, yet there was a slip up sadly. Luckily, I caught this very unfortunate event in time. I asked for no mayo and yet they put "only mayo" however they quickly cleared this up and I got my tasty whopper.Vegetarian options: They have impossible meat.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals.Parking: Just outside the building.
The service is not good at all too slow, and I'm more surprised they don't have a bathroom for customers.

I always enjoy their Whopper Jr.It's just my size. They always have good coupons when I take my kids there.My daughter liked the chicken sandwich, she usually gets nuggets.
The food was good, but at $30 for two small combos I can't say it was worth it.

Do not go here if u want someone to take your order. I've been there four times in the last two weeks and NOBODY WILL TAKE MY ORDER. Krystal will not recognize you or take your order. The whole crew is standing around nobody is working. Failure is not an option and nothing succeeds like success. Nobody that works there has the will,aptitude, or battery to simply take an order ,take money and expedite the order. It's simple. If u work at the ave L Burger King transfer to the one on ave P b cuz Krystal is fialing miserably as a manager. I would rather jump into a lions den with pork chop drawers on than to ever go-to this BURGER KING ever again. I will definitely follow through with this with an email to corporate. Four times and no greeting, no order, no food. Each time they were not busy and I had to skip my lunch what a waste of time. Burger King employees are as productive as a soup sandwich do not go there if u r hungry and want to eat. Worst burger king I'v been to EVER. I wish I would have read reviews b for I went and was forced to write a review instead DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD
