I placed an order for delivery and I was missing 3 items. I left my home and family to go get my items that I was owed and the guy behind the counter and the cook both looked annoyed that I came back for my item. They weren’t understanding or cool about it and they offered no apology nor a drink or something for the inconvenience. I will not be going back.

I spent about 40, 50 bucks tonite and I asked for more del scorcho and was told she can only give a handful out. I would of payed extra for more hot sauce , poor management, and hypocrisy run this store I see. Something has to be done

I had the worst experienceat the del taco located in Lancaster, Ca. The specific address was 43999 15thSt west Lancaster, Ca 93454.I carefully described my order and repeated my order to the representative, later presented as the"Manager". A man took my payment. I get home and noticed my order was not completed. I was missing 2 jumbo shrimp tacos. There is a current LA alert for a storm and during the storm retract to DelTaco at aforementioned del taco location to retrieve items that were not included in first order. I kindly explained the mishap and paid for the missing items.The personnel responded with many apologies.I asked to speak to the manager for further retribution of missing items. The Manager was very aggressive. She slammed the window on me without offering me any satisfactionin the errors that were made. Mind you there is a state wide emergency in weather conditions and flooding. I was not offered anything as a complimentary gesture despite the money I spent for the missing items. Instead this manager threatened bodily harm to me both physically and verbally when confronted about the fries said member offered in addition to my paid meal that was excluded from the total cost leaving me to retrieve said items and paying for themThis is the worst customer service I've ever experience from Del Taco and I do intend to take further action against this manager at this establishment for putting me in not only health concerns of food from Del Taco but also in the aggressive approach by the manager and lack of standard customer service that could have been a hazardous event.My family loves Del Taco but do not appreciate the lack of customer service skills at this location! Please hire people that excel in customer service, respect and dignity in the people served

I order DoorDash from here and two times in a row they have left main items out. A premium burrito the first time and my burger from a combo the second time. Two different dashers so it’s not the delivery stealing. Just incompetent staff. Bags were sealed.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced or even heard of out of ANY business. My husband ordered a very large order through the app tonight for himself and some other RN's at his work. He goes to pick up the order and they tell him that someone already picked it up. He politely explains how that is impossible since he is the one that placed the order and was the only person that knew the order. The supervisor named Dinoshka comes to the window and informs him that it has already been picked up. He explains again that that isn't possible, that they must have given it to the wrong person. She then tells him that the person had the order number and all the information. Well not only is that completely impossible, but we have never in the past been asked to give an order number. Instead of her taking any responsibility or even offering to remake the order she just tells him he's out of luck. Wow! Needless to say, we will be calling corporate in the morning. My husband has been a very loyal customer of Del Taco his entire life. It's the only fast food he eats. I've never liked their food and will for sure boycott it forever now.

Deltaco will always have high marks, food, service, and atmosphere was absolutely fantastic , I relearned how to walk at the Deltaco in riverside on 14th and Brockton, another fine place to eat, and the district manager office, he has great staff,,I have not yet been to a Deltaco without getting superior service, my true compliments are always to Deltaco!!Wheelchair accessibility: Fully equipped for wheelchair access
