I had a glitch using a gift card through the Domino's app, which has NOTHING to do with this particular location (it's a corporate issue). Despite it being beyond their control, everyone I spoke to at this location was super polite, helpful, and patient while trying to help me troubleshoot the problem. I was impressed with their professionalism.The pizza is always good obv.

There are a few Greedy Companies that I have quit going to. This is one of them. Even at 1/2 off their pizza is still expensive. For what Domino's want for a pizza I will go across the street for a "much" better pizza. The Hot dog chain (W), and the Golden Arches (Mc) are also examples of corporate greed. I use to pay $11 for a large 5 item pizza..then it went to $13 (no problem I do know about inflation) then Domino's wanted $15...Now !!! its $17+ for the same pizza at "Half Off !!" Other companies are "not" that Greedy....I will eat there.

Ordered for pick-up and came in past the ready time and they still had me waiting 25 minutes. While I was there in the store I over heard the manager named Veronica speaking in Spanish to another worker there that "Whites are weak cry babies" and the worker was agreeing and putting in her two cents as well. I could not believe that they speak that openly about being a racist in front of customers inside Domino's in Quartz Hill... My wife is Hispanic so I learned Spanish over the years, I heard all the racial and hateful words said. Needless to say I immediately demanded my refund of money back and asked (Veronica) for her name and made a complaint to her supervisor & corporate office. I will NEVER eat or support this Domono's again. Remember me Veronica ? Remember how I put your miserable, racist self in your place ? I hope my complaints will get you fired from Domino's because you can not be trusted making peoples food.DO NOT EAT FROM THIS DOMINO'S... SCUMBAGS MANAGE IT.

I actually use to work for this Dominoes location. Tonight's delivery was hands down the WORST cheese pizza I have ever had to choke down in my life. There was no difference between the cheese and the crust, great if you have no teeth. Even Totino's microwaved would have been 100 times better!

My order said it was delivered 25 minutes ago. Not the first time this has happened I called the store spoke to Jackie who then stated the manager was unavailable, while on the phone the driver pulls up like crazy flips his car around drops off speeds off . Jackie states they have nothing but bad comments about me under my number so I'll be speaking to the manager and taking my business else where ! Horrible customer service

This location was clean and quiet. I took away a star because there was nowhere to park in the lot, even though there was no customers in the store. The servers are always nice. I took away a star because I observed a worker handling the phone, register, and then putting cheese on a pizza, and packing food all without washing hands/no gloves. An oversight, I'm sure (we all make mistakes). Do yourself a favor and order the Parmesan bread knots. They are OMGEEE good! Their pizza deals are the best in the area. $7.99 for a 2 topping pizza vs. Little Caesar and Pizza Hut is pretty awesome.

Totally messed up my order. Was supposed to have three ingredients on half, sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. They totally forgot the sausage and mushrooms ☹️
Pizza isn't Cooked all the way unless they burn it. The chick I was greeted by was very rude and didn't care that I had a raw pizza. And insisted I leave before she caused more problems.
