I walked in, and waited was not greeted . I asked the older guy which flavor was his favorite out of a few flavors I wanted to try, his response was they are all good I made them. Ok sir ?, understandable however didn't need to be rude behind it. I just got the vibe he didn't want to be bothered but this was my first and definitely will be my last time visiting his store.
It was our first and last time going here. The owner is super rude! And the Gelato wasn't that great to be honest.
The best frozen desert i have ever had this Gelato is way better than ice cream. puts cold stone to shame. those who complain about this artisans attitude maybe should learn manners and proper etiquette.

The gelato & coffee are great... As long as you can handle the VERY RUDE man working there. Guy needs to hire someone with some customer experience or learn some himself. The guy just has a really bad attitude towards people... Every time I've been there.
Grumpy, slow, unfriendly, old man working . Only a few gelato flavors to choose from. I won't be back.

Wow! This guy was so rude . it was our first time here and when the older man came out from the back I was standing in front of the Gelato selection and instead saying excuse me he gestured in a shewing motion ....i let it slide because he was old and asked if he had any sugar free selection as someone in our party was a diabetic and he acted offended he sated"I have been here 11 years I have never had sugar free why would you ask that "My only reply was that it was my first time here but would definitely be my last, as I walked out of the door. took every ounce in me to not be rude back to the guy but he was old and i was raised better.
The old man behind the counter, who apparently is the owner, is extremely rude. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. He acts like he's doing you a favor by being open for business. This business does not deserve your hard earned money, take it somewhere else.

My youngest literally look at where the napkins were, he rudely was like you need to keep them from running around there. Ok he wasn’t. But whatever my husband grabs his hand. My husband went back in to address the him without the kids around. He told him look you don't have to be so rude, my son was grabbing a napkin. His response was well this isn't a place for kids to be running around touching stuff. My husband was like the weren't running around and he grabbed a napkin to blow his nose, we corrected them about touching the glass. You she be more compassionate and polite. His response "WELL IM OLD, IM 76 AND IM NOT CHANGING ANYTIME SOON".. my husband said oh I'm sorry i didn't know that manners didn't exist 76 years ago. My son was IN TEARS because he didn't understand why he got yelled over a napkin! I'm sorry, i never go one to go on and put negative reviews about business; especially small businesses. But no, his attitude was uncalled for! it does not matter how old you are, what you've been through, if you are having a bad day or not, it doesn't give you a response to be so rude. You are working with the public, treat people with respect. If the customer is disrespectful then but all means handle it how you seem fair. I would totally understand if my kids were running around, screaming, touching everything, etc. But they have been taught to respect people, and behave in public.
