The service with this establishment has fallen to an all time low!! I have visited this location for over 16 years and sadly I have decided to no longer visit this location. While I was the ONLY customer waiting to be seated; I waited 20 minutes. The entire restaurant was less than 15% occupied while I observed about 6 servers run in circles and not one acknowledged that I was patiently waiting to be seated. Once seated...it took a server 25 minutes to offer drinks....not our order...just drinks! I watched this server walk around and provide service to others for about 10 -15 min. I decided to leave. The service is less than substandard!!!

Terrible service. Placed an online curbside order got there on time to pick it up called for 10 mins with no answer until I had to get off my car and get it myself. Went inside and workers just standing around.

Service was pleasant. Our waitress was very nice. Food was not great. Coffee and drinks were the best part of the visit. By the time we got our appetizers they were cold and our meals came out at the same time. Very cold. The sample plate of our appetizers they didn't have onion rings. Everything was cold under cooked the peppers for the omlet. The kids menu happy face pancakes were over cooked completely. The Halloween pancakes were good but the hashbrowns were half cooked. These say that they are gluten friendly but had absolutely nothing that I could eat. So I decided on the Halloween plate. We definitely will not be going back.

As an avid love of IHOP pancakes I can say i've been eating it off IHOPs since I was a little girl... my family and I into the IHOP and 11 AM and we're seated by approximately 1120. There were three members in our party we order two orders of chicken pancakes and one grilled chicken bowl... all three of these dishes came with pancakes... we received our chicken strips a full hour before receiving our pancakes... normally a restaurant would either keep the chicken tenders until the pancakes were ready in which case they would be ice cold by the time they got to the table or they would replace the chicken strips serving them to others and holding yours until the pancakes are ready. But instead we were asked to Our chicken strips alone individually by themselves or let them freeze and eat with the pancakes not having any idea that we would be waiting for an hour... And to top it all the pancakes are undercooked...

Doesn't even deserve 1 star it deserves none to be honest me and my fiancé went in tonight I got a sirloin steak I asked for it be rare and they brought me out medium well I told them it wasn't what I wanted and they sent it back and came back with another one and when I tell you it was bad and raw meat Plus it had a hair in it , it wasn't me or fiancé's hair because it was white my fiancé ordered a omelet and it had a small black hair in it I asked for A1 sauce for the steak and they didn't have it

THIS IHOP IS DONE!!! I WILL NEVA COME BACK TO THIS DENNYS...PANCAKES TASTE OLD AND DRY..EGGS HARD AND GREASY...THE HASHBROWNS HAD SO MUCH GREASE ON THEM AND WAS HARD!!!!.THE SAUSAGE WAS BAD TOO...I HOP ON AVE K IS WAYYYYY BETTER...IHOP ON AVE I...STEP YOUR GAME UP?

Staff were nice just a bit forgetful of order. Don't get the double blue berry pancake it looked horrendous. Sausages half cooked. lemonade iced tea was not for me. Food was too expensive. Would be best for families with kids maybe. Since they eat free on certain days.

this place is very dirty, and there are plenty of fly's. employee not wearing there mask right. tables not cleaned right this place should shut down or be different management.
The pancakes where dry, the meat bowl looked nothing like the picture in the menu. An it didn't have any flavor. If I could I would give zero stars. Never coming here again.

This IHOP f****** sucks they always get mobile orders wrong or they are missing things from the order. The employees don't even care that they f***** up no apologies and this has happened multiple times.

Empty restaurant and they still take an hour to serve you. They even messed up on one of our orders . Food was burned and no one knows where things are. You can literally hear everything in this restaurant employees and chefs obviously don't communicate well. Blame each-other on incorrect orders. I would not recommend this place.

Took almost 30 mins to get order. and it was wrong. food was not good, (over cooked) Shake machine didn't work.. allowed diners to enter without mask.not very good ihop. will try another location.
