The two young girls who work the Sunday closing shift need to practice with their customer service. Their attitudes were very off and were rushing us to order. We were there 20 minutes before they closed and the employees made comments out loud about us being there “too late.” They were also bothered about our kids touching the bells near the entrance door but there was not any sign saying “do not touch.” As adults we should understand that speaking to other people’s children disrespectfully is not okay. Our ice creams were melted when they were handed to us and the employee didn’t want to change our ice creams.

Amazing place! They have great customer service, and let me taste some yummy stuff before i purchased! They are very enthusiastic about thier products and their ingredients! Everything is made in site. I highly recommend this place, you will not regret it!They are a bit hard to find, they are the door just north of the donut shop.
I love this place, and the owners are great, but today I came in and there's two young girls, they were very rude, and one of them literally rolled her eyes at me. It only takes one bad service for me to drop a business, and I just don't buy one raspado I usually walk with $100 or more worth of stuff.

The young ladies could smile a little...they give an "I don't wanna be here" type of vibe. As far as the menu items go , they could improve a little, I'm a big Fan of La Michoacana, They are under New Ownership, and they're Located in not so good part of town...The Esquite I bought was Cold, the mangoneadas I bought were good but the ice cream is different than the other Michoacanas I've been too.as far as their Prices, I can't complain, overall 3 ⭐⭐⭐

Hot inside, dirty floors an counters, and the two girls that "work" there have stank face, like they are bothered that you walked in to order anything. They also had no ice for waters and they had no change as well. If you want customers, clean the place, and put a welcoming face on.
