2 F hours! from ordering, to getting the order. It's not that they are busy, they just don't care. Two basic pepperoni pizzas took them two hours. People were walking out screaming at the workers and they would still not move. Front windows, floor, and everywhere you look was dirty. Wonder how they stay open.

Super slow service even on non-busy days. Had a pick up that wasn't ready until after one hour later. They also read the order wrong and had to be remade.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, F*** THIS PLACE AND THE WORKERS, they literally don't do anything. I placed an order for 2 pizzas and wings and had to wait an HOUR for them. All while the employees are SUPER SLOW and ON THERE PHONES. THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY ORDERS READY AT ALL. I don't know what they could have been doing in the back but literally people were standing in the back on their phones or just doing something else other then MAKING PIZZAS AHH F*** THIS PLACE.

Worst service ever, I made my order 30 mins before, and I get to the place and it wasn't ready, Worst customer service, first time and last one for sure. Absolutely NOT recommend!!!

Order stuffed crust, and it wasn't not a stuffed crust pizza. Called and they made me come into the store to return the pizza they made wrong. Then made the wrong pizza with stuffed crust and the manager tried to make my husband take it. He was rude and completely incompetent.

No walk in ordering. Sucks because I came up here to get me and my friends dinner and the wait is unrealistic. Literally two people work in there and could be taking orders making them with a minimum of 15-30 minute wait times if not an hour. It's better I take my cash elsewhere.

This place location particular wise should change the slogan into "lukewarm and ready" instead of "hot and ready" just ask for the warmest Pizza and they'll hook you up! ????All jokes aside please make sure your pizzas are hotter, for the " hot and ready"* edit while I'm eating this pizza and I made that review a moment to go the dough is horrible and tastes awful I don't even think this is cooked all the way.

Food wasn't prepared when scheduled. Had 1 employee working the front and kitchen. Bread sticks were not cooked and pizza was burnt! Tried asking the manager a question regarding the M&M things they sell and she had an attitude. Definitely never doing business here again. Why is Little Caesars bad at customer service and they hire the worst managers? Seems like the AV Little Caesars need customer service training. Also, the waiting area is really filthy. The floors and walls have grease and other things on there that should be cleaned up.

Do NOT go to this place. I had a horrible experience there. I ordered 2 pizzas and some Buffalo wings. Aaron, took my order and asked me to wait 15 minutes because there were, shockingly, no pizzas ready. I waited the 15 minutes and came in and asked where my order was. I had to wait another 10 minutes because Aaron the cashier was chatting up a storm with another customer at the register by the time I got there my pizza should've been done I gave him my receipt and he looked at it looked back at me went to the back disappeared for another five minutes and was whispering with the cook he comes back out and says no it's not ready yet it's gonna need another 10 minutes so I walk out.. I come back 10 minutes later exactly as he's handing the order to the person that he was chatting up a storm with after she ordered she ordered I asked him for my order he again disappears in the back at this point in time there's a manager up in the front at another cashier station counting money she's not helping any customers she keeps looking around and saying "I'm irritated", and proceeds to ignore the customers coming in and start yelling out "is anybody gonna come to the front of the cashier"!!!! She yelled at least three times as the employees looked over at her, and kept laughing and laughing in the back. I had to yell at the employees to get to the front because she was calling them. Aaron finally comes back to the front smirking sashaying his way up to the front he says yes and she goes where is her order and he goes oh it was actually BURNT you're gonna have to wait another 20 minutes so I said no I've been waiting 45 minutes at this point where is my pizza? he runs to the back pulled out the buffalo sauce out of the refrigerator and hands it to the cook because he had not even started to make the wings, the cook says "man I'm so confused" the cashier grab the pizza pan and starts frantically putting pizzas in the oven which had not been made!!! I tell the manager who at this point is just staring at me, and I ask for a refund. She said "I'm closed out, I can't reopen my register someone else gonna have to do it". I can go on and on but this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in the Dodd industry. All the staff need to be fired.

By far the worst experience I've ever had anywhere! I don't even want to give it a star! Purchased 2 pepperoni pizzas to feed my family after a long day at work. Was dropping off one of my kids to where he was house sitting before heading back home, opened the first box and 1/3 of the middle was burned.. ok no worries it happens. Told him to take two slices cause he needed something to eat tonight. So afterward I checked the second box and 1/3 of the middle was burned on that one too... So only being 3 minutes away I run them back (still hot) and show Khristine N. she ask if I want them remade like it was a waste of her time. I'm thinking they need something for dinner. Smh so I said yes please. After waiting over 15 minutes and waiting for her to help everyone else she informed me they can only remake 1 but not the other that had 2 slices missing.. so now I'm confused cause she took both of them to the back. So I ask for a manager and she says well she just left... Like it was a big joke. Wait... What? You got be kidding me? So i ask can I just get a refund and she rudely says yes. I'm dumbfounded.. so you'll give me a refund but won't replace the pizzas that you messed up in the first place? That makes a whole lot of sense! I'm never returning to this or any little Caesars ever again. Thanks for treating me and my hard earned money like s*** and inconvenience!

Service in this location is crazy, orders are almost always later than set time frame and crusts are almost always burnt.

I think think is words to express my self about this location 1:45 minutes to get my order and still not ready if you really want Pizza pay I little more cause will be ready for breakfast

Never has any pizza's ready and i walk up and its 40 minutes for a damn pizza. I rather go sit on a fork.
