The worst customer service. We were asked to leave the premises!Both ladies ignored my child wishes for an ice lolly. After I made every effort to grab a chair to allow my son to see the flavours on offer - because he couldn't stand, kneel or sit on the counter - neither of the ladies could understand what he wanted. They kept looking at me asking what was he asking for. I had to made them aware he had asked twice for a chocolate lolly; however their response was to ask us to leave because of our poor attitude..!!!I feel sad they opted to ignore a young kid trying to order at the counter. This place is obviously not child friendly.

New favorite michoacana spot in the AV! And I've tried alot of different spots. Got fresas con crema, fried oreos and ice cream. Great! Highly recommend (will update with photos next time I go lol)

I have ordered bionicos from here more than once but the last time I did they gave me very little fruit. I paid $11 for a mostly empty container. I was disappointed and asked for a refund before I open the container because I thought this really wasn't fair but the owner refused. There are many other michocanas in the area so I recommend going to another where the food is better for the price and you get better service.

The food is way overpriced, I got a bionico and it was more than $11 and the container was like maybe a quarter of the way filled. When I told the staff about it they didn't seem to care. I told them I want to return this because it's too expensive for that they're giving. They just said no refunds, but when I said I would leave a bad review because of their service and how little they were giving for the price THEN they were telling me they could add more no problem but that wasn't the issue, it was way overpriced and the employees didn't seem to care until I said I was leaving the review.

I went in with my grandchildren thinking it's a good place to take them. My grandchildren were scolded for jumping up and down trying to see what flavors there were while I had the littlest one in my arms trying to show her the flavors. Then, they were scolded after putting money into and playing the claw machine. Very uptight. Not a place for children. Chips were stale. Corn was horrible.
There is a flavor for every taste, chongos zamoranos to gansito and tequila.

Ice cream is really good. I drive 40min with a mini cooler to stock up on the Popsicles so I gave them at home. Soo many awesome flavors! Definitely would recommend to my friends and family. Customer service is great as well.

Fantastic customer service....I'm utterly confused as to where these low scores stating bad customer service are coming from...every time I come in, they workers are friendly and polite. "Jessica" sounds like a former employee that is just bitter, or possibly a customer that felt they were owed special treatment after being insanely rude. Stop looking down on those that serve you're they're beneath you...they aren't! I visit this location frequently and they owners are nothing but respectful, even to those unruly customers that don't deserve it.Great food, fair prices...people will be mean and unreasonable towards small family owned businesses but continue to support large corporations all day...baffling.This business definitely deserves your support!

Truly at a loss of words from my experience. No insults will be said, as i’ve seen the owners come to defend themselves. Simply put, the customer service is horrible. The two ladies are both equally as rude. When you ask them for their name, they will refuse to give it to you. They know they’re in the wrong. Speaks volumes on their character. I wonder how they are in person. They truly seem miserable. If I could give zero stars I would. I had a friend who worked here and says it was always a toxic environment. They don’t treat their employees well, neither their clients. People like this shouldn’t have a business. Learn customer service or basic human hospitality. You’re not above anyone.
