One of my favorite places to get Boba. Thai Tea and Pineapple Smoothies are delicious.

Had few plastic in my boba drink and my husband's drink. We went back there to ask if they can refund us. But they said they don't refund. So they gave us another drink but that drink had plastic too. Very disappointed.

Had a poor experience here. Both drink orders were done wrong. One was supposed to have rainbow jelly, instead had popping boba. The other had regular boba instead of popping boba. The labels on the drinks were correct, the server just made them wrong. Also my guava smoothie barely tasted of guava, it looked and tasted like a generic vanilla shake. We rushed out to pick up another food order so we didn't notice the mistakes. The server was friendly enough, just incompetent.

Let me just first say I've worked in a few different customer service jobs (as a barista at a coffee shop and as a busser at a local restaurant). With that said idk what happened to this place. It must be under new ownership or something because it's fell off HARD. I have been going here for a couple years whenever I'm in Lancaster and it was always really good. They had good food, everyone was nice, and the drinks were made perfect. Went back this past week and it was like a different place. Everything I just said, forget all that. Now they don't have food, staff was not even just rude but straight up disrespectful (and for some reason didn't didn't know the menu.. like at all). I get it, we all have bad days and nobody wants to work (who does?) But like come on. If you don't want to work there, find another job. I would never take it out on a customer. It just makes you and the place you work at look bad. I honestly hope they were just having an off day cuz I lowkey felt bad for them. They also got my drink order wrong and it was so sweet it tasted like pure sugar. Idk if maybe I offended her or something but either way I can't say I'm going to come back here (which is sad cuz like I said they were SO GOOD like just a year ago).

Terrible customer service. Rude employees that took 20 to take our order and another 20 to make 2 drinks. They scoffed when we came up to order because they didn't want to work anymore. Need new workers with better mentalities. Also this location is always running out of boba halfway through the day and forcing customers to have drinks without boba.

Pretty sure this place is under new ownership. It says MC Boba above the store rather than MR Boba now. They don't serve food anymore and the kids working at the counter don't really seem to like deers in the headlights when you ask them what flavors they recommend. The Boba tea is fine, but it's generic. What made this place stand out before was the food.

It’s a good place. Sometimes the drinks are too sweet but I love the interior. The downside is their pricing. I’m not mad at it but it’s a bit shocking when they have menus on the table with one price and then when you go up to pay, your total is a lot more than what you were expecting. They just need to update their menus so I won’t set my expectations high ?

It used to be my go-to boba place, but now drinks are not as good. Boba's not fresh. Customer will be surprised when they pay because they didn't update their menu prices.

Jessica ..

I used to love mr.Boba, but I think they changed ownership. The oolong milk tea just tasted like water and the boba was stale.

Genuinely the best boba I've had in Lancaster. I'm always a bit skeptical trying new places because I'm not fond of the artifical flavors, but Mr. Boba has genuinely tasty drinks and good quality boba. This is my repeat boba spot.
